The Back Door Bar — Restaurant in Town of Webb

Absolute horrible experience here. We ordered pizza and wings. Pizza was okay, but the wings were ordered medium, they came plain. Dry, no sauce. It was a double order, we ordered extra bleu cheese for two people, so four containers of bleu cheese, right? She brought two, dropped one on the floor. She didn't think we saw it but we did. We were with another part with three. A wing fell off their plate along with our bleu cheese. The server never owned up to anything about it, thought that we didn't know. So she never offered any replacement nor compensation on the bill. We asked about more bleu cheese, and some hot sauce or something instead of overcooked dried up wings, where we got rolled eyes from the server. The other party asked for the wing or some $ off the bill, and another instance of rolled eyes, along with a long look to another server or employee, who also displayed rolled eyes. So, if you cut costs to the point where a dozen wings are no more, now there are 10 wings, then it's 10 wings, not 9, and own up to the mistake and offer something off the bill, a free drink, or something to make it right. So the server said that she'll try to get the wing cooked but it's not a priority. So at that point it's obvious we were not welcome there, and that's the way we felt. We were getting ready to get out of there, our second bleu cheese finally came, better late than never - yet, we never received the two extra bleu cheeses that we were charged for. We asked for a container and pizza box for our food to take. The server then acted like she didn't know what we were talking about. After my wife pointed to a table beside us at a container that was on there, the server proceeded to get that very container to give to us. She was stopped by the customers there, saying that that specific container was used and dirty. Never again will...

My family's first stop after getting into town for the weekend and it was not a good experience. We asked to sit outside and were sat directly in the sun. We decided to wait for another table and when we got one it wasn't cleaned off. I had to ask for someone to clean it. Then drinks were brought over and one of the cups had food stuck to the inside of the cup. Waited 20 minutes for our server to come back and never did so had to go into the restaurant to get a new one. Food finally came and it was sub par. The worst thing about the experience was the table next to us that had a young couple who was making fun, laughing and taking pictures of one of our family members that wears a wig due to having Alopecia. We brought it to the servers attention and nothing was done about it. No manager came to speak to us or anything. Overall it was a very poor experience and we definitely will not be back to...

My family and I decided to give it a try. Big mistake. Service took forever, didn't follow, or maybe comprehend a few things. Every time the waitress would come around, we'd have to wave her down to clarify. Food was below average quality. Amateur cooks. While dealing with my upset 4 year old, waitress brought out check, I gave her my card, she didn't return it. I didn't realize it till the next day after I was already home (an hour away). Went back to get it the next day and it wasn't opened yet, but back door to kitchen was, so I entered there to talk to someone and let me tell ya, that place is disgusting 🤮 of course they didn't have my card.
