Emanuela it was so nice to meet you upon our arrival when you were closing the pool. May I add our son had a very nice time swimming and I think it’s so nice how you have the pool lounge chairs with thick cushions and pillows, the vines on the fence and the water was crystal clear! Our cottage was so clean and cozy. Great water pressure in the shower which is sometimes rare when staying in a rental and especially in the Adirondacks. So whatever you have done - thank you. Our son was wearing his Crocs on Saturday and they started to rub and hurt. What a nice surprise to find a first aid kit to have access to band aids stored in the closet . We had fun roasting marshmallows on the fire pit right outside our cottage and the location to the village can’t be beat. I was able to get right over to Ozzie’s for a latte on Sunday morning. Village Cottages has changed ownership in the last year or so. Before selling the cottages, I had booked a trip under the previous owners. Months later, I received an email saying that the new owners would be taking over and that my bill was increased. This was upsetting, I would have understood a price increase for future bookings. I paid the additional charges and moved on. The property is a lot busier at night now because all of the cottages have their own fire pits. Our fire pit had glass in it and we let the owners know, but they never took care of it. The cottages themselves are mostly the same as they were under the old owners and the current prices are significantly higher. We have started staying at other locations while...

Can’t say enough about Village Cottages. Great on-site owners. Very responsive and have made a beautiful home away from home which is just a street away from Main St. and all be shops and restaurants. Several units to choose from and each is different from the next. A well maintained swimming pool on site with very nice pool furniture. The best was every unit has heavy duty Adirondack furniture and a fire pit. Buy your wood right on site. We were in a brand-new Cottage 9 that is gorgeous. Even a leather sectional! Kids will love their own bedroom with a couch, TV and double under twin bunk bed. Lest i forget… every TV channel i ever wanted including premium! Can’t wait...
