I had the most wonderful experience at the Tory Burch Outlet in Woodbury Mall, all thanks to Yvette, who truly went above and beyond for me. A couple of days ago, I visited the store and came across the Garden Rose Embroidered Dress in a small size. I absolutely loved it but, unfortunately, it didnât fit, and they didnât have my size in stock. I asked if they could check other locations, and they found one in my size at the Clarksburg outlet in Maryland. When I called the Maryland store, they said they could only hold it for 24 hours, and I had to visit in person to purchase it. Living in New York, this was just not feasible for me. To make matters worse, the dress was $1,000 online and $500 with a discount, but at the outlet, it was only $200! I was so disappointed but had to give up since driving to Maryland wasnât an option. The next day, I went back to the Woodbury store, not even looking for the dress anymore, just browsing for bags. Out of nowhere, Yvette approached me with the dress in her hand and said, âWould you like to try this on? I think itâs perfect for you.â I was stunned. I told her about my experience the day before and how I had given up on getting the dress because it was only available in Maryland. Yvette then revealed that she was the manager and said, âLet me see what I can do.â She called the Maryland store on my behalf and asked if they could ship the dress to me at the discounted outlet price. She managed to make it happen! Yvette was such a sweetheartâkind, soft-spoken, and genuinely willing to help. I didnât expect this level of care and service. She didnât have to go out of her way for me, but she did, and because of her, I got the dress I fell in love with. It felt like magic!    Read moreI purchased a bag with the help of Nadia. But when I got home, I found that the bag inside was completely different. I called and texted the store, but received no response. So I had to cancel all my plans on the day of my flight and make another three-hour round trip just to return the wrong item.
When I explained the situation to a man who appeared to be the manager, he simply asked if I wanted to exchange it. He then brought over Nadia, who claimed she gave the correct bag to the cashier and blamed someone else for the error. After I received the refund, Nadia told me, âYou need to check next time,â shifting the responsibility onto me â even though she was the one who selected the bag and handed it to the counter.
I explained how much stress, time, and inconvenience this caused and asked for compensation. The manager flatly said, âSorry, but compensation is absolutely not possible.â When I brought up my wasted time, both of them just stared at me in silence.
This bag was supposed to be a gift for my parents, but the experience was completely ruined. He told me they always respond to calls and messages â but I never received a single reply until I showed up in person.

   Read moreI had the most embarrassing and uncomfortable experience today. I purchased about 4-5 pair of shoes in December for holidays gifts, bought another one on 12/27/18. Me and my husband were told by a salesman person of an extended return policy . Today we went to return 2 pair of shoes, and was treated pretty badly by the 2 cashiers who told us that they were both managers . When I pleaded to make a one time exception and to allow return on at least one of the pair, their response â we donât make the policyâ. Then another person appears and claimed that she was the â managerâ and offered no resolution then a store exchange . The manager should have accommodated my request especially post holidays returns. I feel 14 days return policy at this outlet where customer are coming from all over the globe and having to travel long distances is a bad business practice , certainly not customer friendly .
