G&G Euro Market & Burek — Attraction in Town of Yorktown

hello, I am a little frustrated I must say. I been calling for over a month and asking for the owner and leaving my phone number and requesting a call back and I have not heard anything. Every time I call at what ever hour they tell me to call owner is never there. I have my friends and family stop in and no correct answers. Someone stopped in stating that you guys do not have goat cheese halloumi anymore. I ended up stopping in on my way home from work to find this out and ask the same question the worker did not know what I was talking about and pointed to a bucket that was over 20lb and did not even say goat cheese, every time I call no one knows whats goat cheese halloumi is or can not get in touch with the owner whom I have met and he helped me out in the past. If you read this please email me back if you guys stopped selling halloumi i understand but because none of the workers no what I am talking about I would like a straight answer, it is very odd because it was Westchesters best. I would give this place zero stars of I could. My 10 year old bought chocolate, It was expired (march 2023 expiration but she didnt notice) and when she opened it there were bugs inside the chocolate. When my daughter tried to exchange it alone the woman behind the counter called her a liar and told her to get out. This lady has some nerve. Love this new G&G Euro Market located in Lagrange NY . I can finally get freshly made burek and many other foods that I grew up eating. George the owner has a wonderful out going personality and is so welcoming and knowledgeable about every product he sells and if he doesn't have something you want - for me it was leek burek, he will order it for you.
