This wasn’t going to be what it was but here it is. I went in to pick up an order and the associate who checked me out had the most bubbly personality. Good conversation with laughs and voicing similarities. I thoroughly enjoyed her!
I get my order the. proceed to look around the store for possible purchases. I get to the front of the store, left hand side, and I can feel the security watching me but I have a poor attitude when it comes to stuff like that. I don’t care because you wouldn’t really know if I stole something, literally never know AND i wasn’t stealing. The end.
I find nothing and proceed to walk out the door. The alarm goes off. Totally fine because I knew nothing was taken. My bag was immediately taken by security, she took MY STEVE MADDEN card holder out of my shopping bag and gave it to the clerk. SHE WAS SO SURE, she reached inside my purchase and took out another purchase thinking she found the golden ticket. LMFAO I also IMMEDIATELY told her to pay attention! She was thinking she was doing a good thing yet she was distracted by the urgency to greet white customers when I got no such excitement. lmfao! We’re ALL shopping at the OUTLET….please miss me with that.
The associate nearby KNEW it was because of the security tag and removed it from my purchased purse. Simple. Thank you sir. While the security apologized, that was just poor taste, poor judgement and poor execution. Yikes! May never come back to this store because of that. Anywho look...
Read moreTerrible experience today. My friend and I were in a rush so we ran in to quickly grabbed three bags that she already knew and were hoping to checkout within 10 minutes. There was one customer in front of us but looked slow with lots of bags. I looked around, making eye contact with an idling lady on the floor with begging expression in hope that she would help us check out. She read me but said "yeah, it's going to take a while". I bit my tongue but made my last try by saying "we are in a rush". Nope she didn't want to do anything about it. OK, I have to wait desperately for the one in front of us then.
But hold, a few minutes later, that very idling lady brought a customer with her towards the checkout. The customer hesitated as she approached the line, obviously wondering if she should get in line by pointing. The coach lady told her to come straight to the checkout counter instead. I said "Excuse me?!". She started explaining that customer has been waiting (no sign of her anywhere near the line while we were there) and that she was helping the customer choosing colors and wait. Yeah right, she would rather wait for a customer to pick out colors rather than helping me checkout so that I can go pick up my kids from school in time. I am sorry I can't stop my friends from shopping there but I would never buy from...
Read moreI LOVE Coach as a brand and think of myself as a "Coachaholic', i haven't been here for a while, came with my mom, and the styles were really nothing special.. I felt like while being there, we were OVERLY APPROACHED several times, we couldn't even get through the first rack without someone else askibg if we needed help, or suggesting purses, or sale items, like we didn't ask for help, and JUST WALKED IN, let us look around for a bit before hounding us. . I counted 7 people that asked us for help, then were taking us off course of what we were there for, and completely ruining the quality time I am spending with my mom, and you guys keep interrupting us while we're talking which is extremely RUDE!!! We asked about discount offers as we walked in, the person stated there wasn't any, as we get to the register, if you spend $200 you received an additional discount??? Way to serve your customers!!! I really felt like they were trying to sell us stuff from the time we walked in, and didn't care about us, as the customers.. i'd rather go to Woodburn where they don't bother you and let you shop!!! I also felt like they didn't have many items in the store either?? You guys need more products!!! Your atore has very plain stuff right now & looks very elderly, style wise......
