Columbia Factory Store — Attraction in Troutdale

I have been there in December and I bought some stuff worth of 300$ and I got a coupon for 20$ off for my next purchase. I got back today in January ... again I bought stuff for around 250$ I gave the coupon to the lady and she told me it was good ... when I get home and I'm looking to the receipt I see that they didn't took of the 20$ from my total... my bad i didn't looked when i was in the store but still im very disappointed about that. Is not so much about those 20$ .. Is more about the gesture of the employee. At least now I know I'm not...

If you're looking to buy Columbia sportswear goods that are on their website, you literally can't find any of that here.

I was told that these products are made by Columbia but not even Columbia branded - they're specifically made just for outlets and they're cheaper which means cheaper quality and because they don't even put the Colombia name on them I can't imagine that there's something they want to stand behind.

What an absolute joke and a wasted trip....

Fantastic store and amazing customer service.

We have visited a few times and have been helped by the store manager, sorry forgot her name, and she was fantastic.

Also two other times we have been helped by Alex, and his customer service skills are the best. He helped us get items for our upcoming trip and also helped with a return.

I have always liked Columbia clothing and we always will visit this location for the selection...
