APEK Electronic Restoration — Attraction in Troy

Apek came into our claim halfway through and they were absolutely amazing. We had a house fire and our restoration company had ruined half the items that were not destroyed by the fire and we had to hire a public adjuster. Our adjuster immediately referred us to Apek and they came in to take care of business. The other company had actually left items in our home, including tv's, a treadmill, and washer and dryer. Apek found our washer with clothing still in it and 1 inch of mold growing. The other company had left it and said it was fine. Apek got to work, testing, cataloging and notifying us of what items had been saved and what was lost. We were given a list of items which was great for my children who were wondering what happened to all of their items. Eugene was our contact at Apek and I cannot speak more highly of a man. He was honest and very sensitive to the nature of the situation. He had items delivered several times to help ease the children's minds and was responsive and professional at every interaction. They even allowed us extra storage time due to the nature of our claim. This company took the time to do their job and do it right. In no time their entire crew packed each of our items and cleared the site that was flooded with water.They were fast enough to send us and the insurance company the list of items salvaged and the total loss. Their team was able to restore two of my laptops after water damage. The process of bringing back items from storage was seamless too. The Apek team stored cleaned packed each appliance extremely well.they looked brand new when they were brought back. They even took utmost care in staging the heavy duty appliances without any dent or damage.
