Horrible experiences!!
I have went to this location twice this month and both times were just horrid. 1. I was in here and listened to two employees fighting a male employee proceeded to call a female employee a Fking Rated B**ch over and over. Some customers who were dining gathered their food and left mid-eating. I went to the counter spoke to the manager on duty who during the entire dispute between employees never said anything, and informed her of how distasteful i felt the customer service was. She told the employees and shortly after the male employee comes out to the counter yells across the dining room at me, telling me I was felt it was inappropriate because female employee was white like me. I never knew what male employee looked like until he came to counter, and said i was racists for defending only the white lady. I ended up calling corporate but have not heard back addy all.
Today we entered this facility reluctantly, my daughter ordered a crunch wrap box with no tomato no lettuce. I ordered a steak quesoreto with extra steak and my youngest daughter ordered a quesadilla with cheese only no jalapeno sauce. After 30 minutes we finally got our good even though other entered and ordered after us, had revived their food first. When we got our food. The crunch wrap had both lettuce and tomato. My quesoreto had 5 pieces of steak not even a full spoon if rice and tons of white sauce (definitely not consistancy of sour creame) and the cheese only quesadilla had jalapeno sauce and lettuce with bits of chicken. I took order up and they fixed the quesadilla and quesareto the 1st time. However, it took 3 subsequent attempts to get three no lettuce no tomatos and finally the 3rd one brought my daughter got a right order. As she began eating the brought another, but not before the female employee from first story rudely stated, can't she just that once.

Went to order and the girl said in a very rude and nasty tone “We’re only doing mobile orders, DoorDash, grubhub, Ubereats” no “Hello” no “I’m sorry” ok fine whatever but why are you so nasty about it? And then she talked so fast that we could barely make out what she said and it took us a minute to process, then it sounded like her mouth was stuffed with food or something. You can’t even really pull out of the drive thru once you’re in there so save the customers and yourself some time and put up a sign up. It’ll save you from getting more and more bad reviews. This is not the first time someone has talked to me rude or had a snappy tone with me and I’ve had enough. I’ll drive across town to a Taco Bell that has workers who actually care about their job. Customer Service is a huge part of working in fast food and this place sucks at it. Are they gonna fix it? Most likely not, they never do, but do yourself a favor and don’t go here if you’re big on having not only good food, but a great experience while ordering the food. Remodeled on the outside and looks decent. Now do something about...

After placing my order at the kiosk in the lobby one of the employees (maybe even the manager) tried to tell me my order had not been completed even though the kiosk explicitly said it was. This person then went on to try to tell me that sometimes the kiosk will mess up and say the order is complete but reject the payment card. This also wasn't the case. I asked the employee to check things again since I had just finish placing the order. She went on to insist that they didn't have it while not doing anything to check if this was true. Only after telling her that I could show her my receipt in my email did she even attempt to make sure any of her assertions about my order were true. I will never set foot in this particular Taco Bell again because of this employee. This employee not only did this employee try to pull an order scam on me but I watched her try to do it to another patron that...
