Dave really helped my family out when we needed it! We did not prepare properly for a snow storm & our Chrysler got stuck in the snow & we did not have chains. We called roadside assistant, multiple tows & it was going to cost $300 to get towed to mountain hardware to just pick up chains. That was way too much for 3 mile drive from our hotel (where we were stuck) we saw that Uber does package send & receive service. We called mountain hardware & asked if we could pay for our chains over the phone & give our chains to the Uber driver . And Dave agreed and completed this for us no problem. I am a local business owner who spends 20-40k a year with them and I have wasted multiple trips to this location only to find uneducated employees and underwhelming selection. U need it, they have it. Seriously. Meed that totally specialized stainless screw in metro, they have it. Need winter boots for guests that show up in loafers during snowpocolyose, they have them. There is some magic going on as the store isn't that big... I'm impressed each time I'm in here.
