Man, I really wanted to love all aspects about my massage and facial. I was so excited to relax and be care free. The evening started smooth. The massage was delightful, the ambience was not. I read in previous reviews months ago that they were having troubles with the music. The problem has not been solved. I thought it was just the room I was in but it was in the facial room as well. The aesthetician ended up bringing in her own music. The massage therapist stopped a couple times to address the issue. It really changed the mood as it went on and off over 10 times in a 90 min massage. I also had a 90 min facial and yes that was amazing as well but when you pay for 90 mins, it would be nice to get that. We started 15 mins late but ended at original time. I should have said something but I didn’t. The facial was a very pleasant experience, maybe I’m just sour cause I wanted more. She really did a great job and my skin feel so good I will definitely go back, it seems like a great place and everyone I know goes there. I need to get better at asking for what I want. I purchased the Silver package. I was disappointed to find out my facial was first because when you get a massage you are face down for 1/2 of it which meant my glowing face from all the products received in the facial were now on the towel of the massage table. The facial was very nice. Emma did a great job going over the process and products she used. I would book with her again. The massage was very disappointing. I mentioned the pressure I prefer but the massage therapist kept it very light. There was an issue with the music not playing in the room so the therapist spent a few minutes trying to figure that out, even though I said it didn’t matter. The last portion of the massage was done over the blanket. I have never had this happen before and seems pretty pointless.
