Artsy Studio — Attraction in Trussville

I was thrilled to find a new and exciting homeschool art class so close to us! We attended the drop-in session for the Tuesday homeschool class, and my oldest was absolutely beaming with excitement as she let her creativity run wild. We decided to sign up for the semester, which is a fantastic deal considering it includes instruction, supplies, and, best of all, the clean-up!

In my opinion, the experience at Artsy Studio is only worth the cost if you don’t (or don’t want to) do art at home. I don’t mind the mess in my home and my children enjoy working on individual art projects regularly. My daughter didn’t do anything at Artsy Studio that we don’t do at home. There were six stations setup for her class and five were very basic art projects (painting with rollers, painting on a paper hanging on the wall, playdoh, coloring, and putting beads on pipe cleaners). This is such a cute idea/ set-up and I was SO excited to have lots of playdates here (I had already told two friends with little ones about it today).
