I have been going to 24e regularly for the past year. I love this gym. Everyone-EVERYONE is so friendly. The front desk staff, the trainers, the class instructors, the childcare staff, and the other gym members. I have literally never met or had a bad experience with anyone here.
I love that the childcare isn’t limited- I don’t feel like I have to restrict my workouts or rush out or watch the clock. My children have had opportunities to participate in workouts as well. It makes them feel included and I appreciate them having opportunities to see what Mommy is doing and how I am prioritizing my health.
I have worked out with a few of the trainers and each is motivating and pushes me to be better while remaining positive and upbeat. They have several options for training schedules too in order to accommodate different situations.
What initially got me hooked at 24e though was the unlimited classes. There is such a variety and they are included with membership. At first, I was not especially comfortable working out in the main gym and so I stuck to classes where I could find myself a little corner and progress quietly on my own. The instructors are all super personable and make an effort to make everyone welcome. It wasn’t long until I became a class regular. And from there growing into a gym regular. It’s been a year and it’s been hard but I get up and go because I love how I feel after working out here. 10 of 10 I...
Read moreI joined this gym back of June 2025. They made the gym seem like it’s a WONDERFUL PLACE! Once I signed up and they got my payment it was constantly haggling for money. I’ve received phone calls and text messages from the GM and personal trainer to sign up for their “personalized trainers” that cost well above $200+ a month. They tried to psychologically manipulate me into joining their training program by asking intensive borderline therapy intake questions. They also failed to explained the contract terms upon signing up and only had me “sign a few boxes.” I attempted to resolve the issue face to face with the general manager but he became defensive.
If you sign up with this gym be prepared to be haggled and request to have the fine print printed out and explained to you.
UPDATE: Orlando Perez III, regional manager, reached out to me and was very pleasant, caring, and helpful. He actively listened and didn’t just listen to respond. He was very quick to resolve the issues I experienced. He took into consideration of my experiences and is motivated to make changes. He has shown great leadership skills and professionalism. I appreciate his promptness to solve the problem and offer a very fair and reasonable solution. Thank...
Read moreTrussville Alabama branch: shout out to Hannah French as a trainer. I am 50 year old woman. She has taken me from 30% body fat to 24%. Following her training sessions which are rooted in her formal education from UAB, has helped me successfully build muscle and lose fat. Body recomposition is not easy but with the right tools and trainer who has the expertise it is doable even at 50. I have always been obese, I came to 24e to get tone after losing 85 pounds through cardio and diet, I lost a lot of muscle. Today, I have lost 100 pounds and with the InBody scans which Hannah helps me use to tweak my goals I am seeing results. For example, May 2025, I was at 133lbs, 28% body fat and losing muscle. Hannah challenged me to tweak my macros and trust the process 100%, June 2025, I weighed 133, 24% body fat and gained 3 pounds of muscle! My goal is 20-22% body fat and to continue to add muscle for health. I have been a gym goer for years, working with Hannah for the last two months I am finally seeing results and I would recommend her highly to anyone. She is brilliant, kind, and very individualized in working with each client. 5 stars is not high enough but it’s...
