She sat at in window playing cards with 3 other people, 2men, and 2 women, Caucasian, I entered the store in Trussville Alabama...they noticed me entering, ( remember I'm a customer), I was expecting someone to ask, how may I assist you, or do you need help with anything?...a basic general courtesy..humanly easy, especially if you are a public business. I looked around for flowers to order for my daughter's wedding, I looked, I walked over to where they all were playing cards, hoping that maybe someone would offer assistance or have the descent courtesy to help, atleast ...you are suppose to be professionals...No help, they all looked at me, some from the side of their eyes, still no help, I stood in front of their card playing table so they could see me clearer, nothing....so I waited a second or two for a question...nothing..total silence...so I wondered if it was because my skin was different, my money is the same color as theirs...but maybe they see my money as my skin...they had no interest of serving me, a paying customer, they did not even know if was the online colorful woman who ordered several hundred flowers, or the one who told her friends, whose skin is the color as their skin color to purchase from them ..they couldn't give a care one way or another...so as they watched a paying unsatisfied customer walk away without even , a can I help you?..walk out the door, ...they continued to try to ignore me still.....but that's ok, I will never as long as I live, even if it was the only florist on the face of this planet....ever. .step foot, or visit online..I told all my family...my friends..churches I visit, and fellowship with....and Google leads as well, Facebook, Twitter, and every app I have..what I experienced there...so prejudice...hateful hearted florist I have ever encountered...I also took my blessings with me. And shook the dust off my feet...I will file a complaint with consumer report and trade commission and Trussville Comission..not that it would help in Trussville..but God will .judge them from their hearts..ever customer they treated like they treated me, they will have to give account to God....have a day...not a good day....But...

I’m really not sure what has happened but the past few years the costs have doubled/quality decreased. Last arrangement I received before Christmas was dead within a week. (Very few roses). I placed an order for an employee’e immediate family funeral. Looked everywhere at funeral home, no flowers. Called when I got back to the office and got “We received your order it was “lost in the system”. They would deliver right away. $150+ and the funeral was over. No discount. They would refund if I didn’t want them anymore. What a choice!
I hate lillies. I am allergic, they smell like a funeral home, and take up a lot of space for little expense. I have in bold on both of my accounts DO NOT USE LILLIES. I had my twin grand babies today when I called to order for a family funeral and forgot to remind them no lillies. I ordered a cut arrangement $150. I specifically said white and green arrangement with a few roses and hydrangeas. The roses were not white but the kicker was it had more lillies than any other flower in the arrangement! She ask if I wanted them removed. How to make that arrangement look right with that many void places was impossible. I’m so embarrassed they are representing my husband and I at the funeral I am seriously thinking of calling another place in the morning and having them deliver something else. I didn’t get the exact flowers I wanted I got a different variation. This was my first time buying flowers from a florist and it has taught me that I won’t do this again. For a little cheaper I was able to put together my own piece that is bigger and prettier imo.
