Infinite Realities earned their following by building a foundation of treating their customers like family. Jamie, Chris, & the whole entire crew are amazing beyond words. Every single person that walks through those doors gets greeted & offered assistance should any be needed. They go above & beyond to make everyone feel welcome...& it's not even just because it's the right thing to do, but you can just feel how authentic it is. These people are so genuine & kind. My fiance is a regular there & visits every single week, mostly on Wednesdays. I tend to tag along on the weekend runs. The entire staff make being in there a very pleasant & fun experience that keeps you wanting to go back & it always feels so family oriented there. They are so accepting of everyone & are just a fun bunch. I will never forget the time that I had major surgery & my very 1st visit out of the house was to go to this comic shop. Just being out was nice but I had to be honest with myself that I really should've been resting still. I was in bad pain & the staff were all so concerned. When we gathered up our books to check out, I was presented with the entire remaing stack of Archie comics (my favorite) that I had just rummaged through to purchase. I cried on the spot through my mask. Lol. I've never had a place of business do such a beautiful thing for me. Update: 8 months later, this is one of the best comic book stores I've ever been to and I make a point to stop by regularly, not just for comics and games, but also because the owners are very friendly and nice people. They have managed to achieve something with Infinite Realities that many places struggle doing, which is have a real community feel about the store. They achieve that through lots of hosted regular events in the store and by being genuinely and relationally interested and invested in their customers, while still having vast and far reaching knowledge of their products. This gives them a personal feel with a broad appeal, as all of their customers are different. Honestly, often I come by just to say "Hello" to these guys. This is a refreshing distinction from the stereotypical comic book stores run by people who know comics, but are far too antisocial or awkward to engage the customers in a meaningful way.
