I've visited this location exactly three times and will not be going back again. Vist #1 included 4 of us for a birthday celebration. The service was a little slow, but everything else was fine - the food, drinks, and atmosphere were nice. Visit #2 was a group of 8 with family from out of town. We were seated promptly, and the host told us about $5 margarita specials, but when we tried to order, he said to wait for the server. The server took 45 mins to show up, but we didn't really notice because we were talking, laughing, catching up. We only noticed because the host wrote the time we were seated on the table covering. When the server repeated the drinks special, she emphasized that the Texas margarita wasn't included in the special, never mentioning any other issues with our order. Over the course of the 3 hour meal, she checked on us once, never refilling the soft drinks. We had to ask for the bill multiple times and when it came, there were no drink discounts applied. We asked for the manager who showed up with an attitude and blamed the issue on the host being new. There was a lot of back and forth with her. She was rude and dismissive. We paid and left. I sent a lengthy message to corporate with photos and copies of receipts and though, they kept asking questions, eventually, they stopped responding and nothing was done. This final visit #3 was a takeout order for 1 - how hard could it be, right? I ordered a build your own bag with extra corn and eggs. Each bag comes with 1 egg, so I should have had 4 total - I had NONE. I called the store and was told that I should have checked the bag before leaving the premises because their policy is that once you leave, there's nothing they can do. I DID check the bag at the counter, but it was triple bagged (no complaint there) and some of the potatoes looked like eggs through the plastic. I shouldn't have to dismantle the package to ensure that I get what I paid for - why don't they double check the order as they fulfill it? Ultimately, it's the rude employees and shoddy treatment that have ruined this place for me. They won't rip me off...

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to address a recent miscommunication regarding my shift times with your management team not only was they piss poor excluding Sasha .. As you know, my workday concludes at 4:15 at my first job, and navigating from near the airport to Tucker, GA, within a tight timeframe can be quite challenging. They scheduled me to come at 4:30 which is unrealistic
Last week, I managed to attend promptly due to a more flexible schedule during winter break at my first job However, considering the usual traffic conditions in Georgia, I suggested that my time to be at 5 or 5:15 for my convenience to arrive on time.
I understand the importance of effective communication and respect which you guys donât have âŚ. I believe we could have found a solution that respects everyone's time. Writing me in a group chat with the whole staff suggestions to find another job is very unprofessional. When you have my direct line to communicate is piss poor .. As a member of the team, I believe mutual respect is crucial, regardless of our roles.
I value open dialogue and believe it's essential for maintaining a positive work environment. I encourage Julie and Queen for considerate approach and perhaps suggest considering professional development opportunities for effective communication strategies. I see why you need staff âŚ
When they go low I go lowerâŚ. Now Not only did I work there the employee discount was piss poor. I also paid 30.00 for a meal which included Shrimp mussels sausage and eggs in my bag where when I got home from a long day of work thinking to enjoy to find out most of my mussels were not in shell .. piss poor donât you think ? Then to tell me to come in Sunday morning to later tell me once I arrive to come back to night shift after I already took time out my day to come was very inconsiderate . Gas is way to high to be wasted...
Read moreWhen mom says she wants crab legs, itâs not a suggestionâitâs a letâs make it happen. And like any good subject in the kingdom of Mom, I obeyed. We were in North Atlanta, so we pulled up Google Maps, channeled our inner seafood detectives, and landed on The Juicy Crab in Tucker. We rolled in around 3:30-4:00 PM, and the place was so empty I wondered if we had accidentally shown up at closing. But hey, that just meant instant seating and serviceâscore! We kicked things off with some onion rings because, well, deep-fried onions are never a bad idea. We also ordered drinksâsweet tea with lemon for mom, water with lemon for me (because balance, I guess). For the main event, we both went full-on seafood royalty: a cluster of crab legs, half a pound of shrimp, potatoes, and corn. I went for garlic and mild spice, while Mom braved garlic and medium spiceâbecause sheâs a warrior like that. Now, hereâs where things got a little⌠seasonally challenged. The crab legs arrived, and mine seemed to have skipped the extra spice level. Our server, bless her heart, did her best to fix itâshe tossed on the spices, gave them a good shake like she was blessing them with seafood magic, and returned them. But letâs be real, dry seasoning takes its sweet time to soak in, so my crab legs were more fashionably late to the spice party. Did that ruin our meal? Absolutely not. We still devoured every buttery, garlicky bite like true seafood fanatics. Overall, it was a great experience, and Iâd definitely come back. Just maybe next time, Iâll bring my own seasoning and shake it like a salt bae in advance. Would I recommend? Oh, absolutelyâespecially if your mom has a seafood craving and you enjoy living in her good graces. The server...
