My husband and I just started our company, and we were excited to be able to afford our wedding bands so soon after opening. As small business owners, we wanted to give our hard earned dollars to another small business, only to be met with prejudice and treated as though we could not afford rings from the high-end counter. The woman didn't stop helping her current customer when we walked in. However, she continuously left us to help others who would walk in after us. She also, more than once, pointed me towards the silver, or "more affordable" counter and thought it appropriate to mention financing multiple times as well as a "pay later option." I never write reviews, but I was appalled at this blatant disrespect towards my husband. Finally, I walked out with nothing despite finding several options that we were ready to purchase on the spot despite the high price tag, as we were celebrating our new business and being able to afford our rings at last. I was sure to mention to my husband on our way out that I was not comfortable waiting as long as we had for someone that has such poor customer service to get the commission on a couple thousand dollar set of bands, and we would find another small store to support.

Actually, my husband said $5-$10 as a joke and went on to say up to $5000 since you have the option to finance. I was the one that said between $100-300 beforehand because I am frugal and don't care about material items. He did not want me to settle as we did just start a company that has already become very lucrative. The couple you helped before us got your undevided attention. And there were not several customers there was one other couple. We were serious about purchasing that day we were not the broke browsers you profiled us as. I asked several times to be shown the stacks on the floor so my husband could see what style he liked, and you pulled one of them up that were all gold, which we said we did not like, and proceeded to walk away for the third time. The customer service was extremely unprofessional, and we felt disrespected. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Also, your facts are skewed..I am a size 5 and we have no idea where you got a trip to Miami from, as we aren't going on a trip at all, and if we were it wouldn't be Miami. I find it amusing that your response is full of lies to make yourselves look like you're in the right and I am just a disgruntled, overreacting customer. If you're young and have tattoos, don't come here, you'll be treated like criminals and degraded by people that think they are...

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY THEY LIE... We went to buy our misplaced Wedding rings My husband and I . The prices were very high so we opted to do layaway. The sales lady gave us a price and stated it was the out the door costs including everything I said ok I guess and was going to make the first payment on layaway . Then the sales lady was like no no do financing with progressive leasing they dont check your credit and blah blah and you get the rings right now so you can wear them already so I said ok. Completed the application in store the sales lady was pushy on it so I did it quick. Was approved right away then as she rings me up she says oh the price is this I said why is it 100.00$ more she said oh because you are financing and we dont get paid right away I was like ok I guess. So she hands me a generic reciept and on the bottom of the reciept it says bolded PAID IN FULL. I called progressive leasing to inquire on this because I had a feeling she just took me for 100.00$ they told me they pay Blancas Jewelry right away then we pay them. Then when I go make the payment on the leasing company I notcie we are now being charged 300.00$ more than even our reciept from Joyeria Blanca says. we call and ask why they said oh because sales taxes I said no we were given an out the door price including everything the lease company said call the jeweler if they made a mistake on there end thet would gladly correct it very nice people. So we did and the same sales lady was like oh no I am verrrrryyy Sorrryy but when you finance we no charge sales tax we said that is not what you told us she said oh the price I gave you was for cash price I said you never told us that you pushed us to finance when we could of just put it on layaway that is wrong she said oh sorry and said they do not return rings on a finance. We have to work with the finance company now not to call them. So from the everything included price that was given too us in the beginning and the amount on our paid in full reciept. We were charged 400.00$ more than the price the sales lady gave us punching numbers on her 1980 calculator. They...

I bought a necklace and pendant from this store. Let me start by saying the customer service in person was great, the lady was very nice. The store is fancy and you can easily get carried away by all the shiny things. There are a ton of things to choose from which is awesome. However I can only give two stars. I got carried away and made a very uneducated purchase. An hour later I called and they told me I could not return the items but only exchange them. It had only been an hour, not weeks or months. Now that is unfair especially because it was not disclosed but what's even worse is their pricing. Once I did research I can understand why they dont do returns. I can dare to say it is borderline robbery what they ask for things. In all fairness, every company has overhead and obviously they are in business to make money but not to the length of being so extremely unfair with customers. Their pricing was between 3 to 5 times greater (300 to 500 percent more) than online and other jewelry stores. That is on the items I bought. A pendant I liked was 500 dollars, the same exact pendant was 45 dollars on ebay. For that pendant they were asking 11x more which is just crazy. I was lucky enough to not purchase it. While everything was nice, the experience was great, the pricing is just way too unfair to even consider purchasing there again. I write this review to encourage people to do their research and do not get carried away. I could have saved myself alot of regret if only I would have done research.
