Placita del Río — Local services in Tucson

I assume it's asking me to review the actual shopping center and none of the stores are restaurants that are there. the shopping center is an outdoor strip mall it has a lot of parking it's quite big for the corner that it's in. It used to have a fries but now it has a store called Cardenas in its place. It also has a couple of nail places barber shops and alondra mat. The main reason I come here is to go to the Texas Roadhouse I hardly ever shop at any of the any other stores. But there's always plenty of parking.that was pretty fun it was something new to do in the neighborhood. The only complaint I can make is that it is close to the interstate interchange and during rush hour and busy holiday shopping seasons it can get quite crowded. most of the people are coming to the shopping center they're just passing by to go to the other one down the street. I do hopethat they add some stuff close by the road it used to have a gas station before they close the frys down. the pavement is somewhat well capped there are a couple of potholes in and around the vicinity but I've seen other parking lots that...

We visited mid-January 2021. Some social distancing measures were taken like servers wearing masks and gloves and clear partitions between booths however social distancing was not universally practiced by patrons waiting in line or walking through the restaurant. That being said service was prompt and responsible. The food was good, not excellent but good. It was a very loud place to eat. Lots of giant screens blaring various sports events. I do remember a time where people could actually sit at a table for an hour or two and just chat without benefit of shiny screens for a crutch. But I'm probably showing my age with that comment. OMG, I came in to do some grocery shopping. Unfortunately, I ran out of there! They had a band inside at FULL BLAST! It was unbearable. I couldn't hear myself think, let alone shop in peace. If you're going to have a band playing inside in a warehouse that echos at every corner are a problem, the worst marketing strategy. As I ran out, people were confused about the noise inside and hesitant to go in. Many people were getting back in their cars and leaving. I will never come back. It was a horrible experince.
