Zero stars. April 9, 2022, My online Purchase came damaged. Packaging was wrapped in very thin bubble wrap and inside had too much room to move around, it was not cushioned in the box. So it came in broken pieces. The end of the box was half way opened and smashed. I Took it to this store only to recieve refund for the broken items, not the shipping. It was not PayPals fault, It was the shipping and surcharge by hobby lobby
I'm paying for the inadequate packaged shipping which caused my items to be broken.
Don't Purchase online. I submitted a review on the website and waiting for it to be declined.
I tried to send an email only for my email address to be considered invalid, which is not.
Anyone receiving an online purchase damaged, take a picture first before you take it to the local store. I'm waiting for the 2 managers of this "Christian" store who saw the broken pieces and the way it was package to decline there was ever a problem .

I went to the isle where they were located and began to take down all my letters I needed to complete my phrase. Then I hear over the intercom that they need a security check on the isle I'm on, while I'm the only customer. An employee walks down the isle and just stares at some items, obviously pretending to do something productive? Instead, he could have asked me if I needed assistance or if I was finding what I need. I'm sure if someone was planning to steal, that would deter them, and it would also be more respectful to do to a customer whose intentions are NOT to steal. Felt very uncomfortable and disrespected. Planned on buying a few other items but felt unwelcome so I decided to leave and I'll just order my patches on Amazon. Read moreI had a fantastic experience at Hobby Lobby. I found eight books that were on the shelf. I took all eight and still needed several more, so I asked if there were more in the back. She said no, but she could call two stores for more. She called the one store that was the closest one to drive to. They said they would hold all the ones they had there for me there. The clerk wrote the address down for me to GPS it and sent me happily to the next Hobby Lobby. When I got to the next Hobby Lobby they were holding them for me in the front. I got them right away without waiting, no nonsense! I was so happy that day with the outstanding Hobby Lobby sales staff, They were all an amazing team from one store to the next.
