This is a very expensive and bad treatment place, me and my daughter went in for pedicures and manicures ended up paying $185,I asked for other type of service and ended up paying a lot more than what I asked for, don't go there this is a rip off ,they start adding and adding more stuff,I asked for the $30 basic pedicure and the $35 basic manicure and ended up paying $185 for me and my daughter that ask for the same thing, it should have been $130. I asked why they charged me so much, and the explanation she said was the extra , was five dollars $5 I didn't ask for that $5 extra I just wanted the basic pedicure. don't go there pe this is a rip off, I'm going to post a picture of my nails,+ I asked her if she can use a new nail file because the one she was using was dirty and she pretended she didn't hear me and I asked her twice, they don't sanitize their equipment they use the same nail files as they do with all customers. Plus I had an appointment at 9:30 had to wait for an hour before they called, me ended up getting out of there at 12:45 they're very rushed and very rude, I should have just walked away, don't recommend this place I would never go back !!!! bad bad service not worth the money, + they talk a lot of s* about all their customers, put your phone on the language dictionary, and you'll be able to know everything they're talking about the customers, I would never ever ever...

I’ve come here quite a few times and today was the last. I know currently we’re in a weird time with COVID and such which I totally understand, but I know that usually in most business, specifically businesses that deal with customer service, they try to atleast welcome you in and possibly give you a wait time or ask you to sign in or something, I was just told to sit and wait so I did along with my fiancé. Oh I forgot to mention this was for my wedding, so I already knew what I wanted and from previous experiences it wasn’t even crazy for them to be able to recreate so prepared for the usual complaints I get from the technicians, I found myself waiting for 25 minutes when I decided that after having not just one but 2 customers leave and having one worker idk take a dump or something and they would talk and talk among themselves which is fine but all that chatter could be done while working too. I decided to leave casually, Tony chased me outside asking me to wait when I told him that I would have appriciated a wait time to begin with but I didn’t want to wait any longer it was already 25 minutes. He asked me to wait 5 more but why? 30 minutes waiting for a simple full set. I’ve come many times and have always had something to complain about it but today was enough. I went in to get my acrylics done, the lady sat me down and started to glue them on. i noticed that some of them were crooked and asked her to re-glue them and she completely ignored me. Not only that but i like my nails long and when she asked me how long i wanted them I showed her and she cut it almost as short as my natural nail even after showing her. I told her i didn't like the length and wanted her to redo it. She got so upset and didn't want to help me anymore so a man working had to take over. He started filing my nails and about 6 of them popped off. I requested him to just remove the rest of the nails so I could go somewhere else as I was not having a good experience with them. He insisted for me to stay and he would fix them for me, I agreed but only if he gave me a discount after all the time I had wasted. He re-did all my nails to my liking and they turned out beautiful and he honored the discount he said he would give.
