So... Cozy Nail Spa WAS owned by Tony and his wife; however apparently they have moved to Florida and it's now under new management. When Tony owned this salon I had a few girlfriends that I would routinely go get my nails done with every two weeks and a spa pedicure once a month and I never had any complaints I was always happy when I left and they always did an amazing job no matter what picture I came in with designs, foil, dip, gel, textures, ombre, anything we wanted always came out looking on point and amazing! I went in this week and besides being thrown off as to why these two ladies were now working there that I had never seen before, I went home and the next day my gel acrylic nails ended up looking like this ⬆️⬆️⬆️ (pictured above). Hannah the new owner did an amazing job on my friend's specialty Haloween nails however the other technician that did mine seemed to be lacking in experience and it showed in several ways. First off, I went in for a basic acrylic gel fill nothing special typically should take 30 to 45 minutes maybe an hour if I had to wait a few before they started but from the time she started my fill to the time I paid was 2 and a half hours. The technician kept focusing way too much on pulling back my skin around my nails while using the drill which really shouldn't require that much focus, then she left my nails looking wavy and I kept telling her which ones were uneven or had a bulge etc. and it's like she didn't know how to fix it and ended up getting the owner to come over who was able to even them or and shape them in about 6 minutes. Everything she did from using the sanding bit to the file or buffer it felt like she was barely touching my nail and not using any force like she was scared. Finally it came time for her to polish my nails and she spent close to a minute (not exaggerating) polishing each nail for a single coat which was excessive and even though I did of course cure my nails under the uv lamp in between each coat for a minute I could tell that she had clearly globbed way too much polish on my nails. After all was said and done I walked out with them looking pretty good and just what I had asked for but the next day in the shower my polish turned rubbery and tore in my middle finger and when I went to pull the large rubbery glob of polish off I could tell that the layers underneath the very top hadn't ever even actually dried! I'm just going to fix my nail myself and not every go back again. Honestly if you book with the owner Hannah she does do some amazing work but I would waste your TIME or money if she's not available. This was super disappointing it's so hard to find a good salon that can get it right sometimes. I'll be taking my business back to Final Touch out on Broadway and Houghton. I only stopped going there because it's far for me to drive since I moved but honestly only place in tucson that has always been amazing and I went there for 3 years straight before I moved across town. Sorry for the long review but I wanted to paint a picture for ya. 😁

Up the street for the job and available during my lunch break. Prompt and cordial. Very clean salon and best of all no cleaning supplies in sight. :-) Wide array of polishes, gels, and dips. 7 nails stations and 7 large, comfy and FUNCTIONING spa pedicure chairs. The bochure indicates they offer nail, hair removal, facials and permanent makeup. I especially appreciated they had prices listed for kids services. Just the fact they included it shows me they're considerate of someone's potential needs. Multiple choices of pedicures: basic $25, luxury $45, vegan luxury $50, deluxe $55 and herb deluxe $60. Each is unique and offers upgrades. Pedicures are done with a new plastic liner. :-) Staff was cordial and no unnecessary banter with one another or me...I really relaxed and they appeared focused. If you're in the area give them a try... they're hidden next to the PepBoys at 22nd and Kolb!

I've been going to Hannah for the past 4 years, and she is absolutely amazing at what she does! Her attention to detail on the shape and design of nails is incredible. Not only is her work top-notch, but she's also so friendly and welcoming. I follow her wherever she goes because she's that good, and I refuse to go to anyone else. Highly recommend her services to anyone looking for perfect nails and a great experience.

NEVER COME HERE. I called to see if they took walk-ins and they said yes, but took my name down and I told them I would be 15-20 minutes til I came. They proceeded to call me 15 minutes later and asked me where I was at mind you I asked for a walk-in? Then they scheduled me for a 2:15 appointment and I agreed. 2:15 comes and ON THE DOT the man working there called me not once, not twice, but 3 TIMES asking me where I was at when I was pulling in. Went in, got my toes done, and the man made a racist comment to my friend and repeated it mid pedicure. THEN my friend left feeling uncomfortable so she decided to leave a review. THEY CALLED ME INSISTING me to take the post down & kept harassing me on the phone about the review she made. I told them that it was none of my business on how she felt about their service and he continued to harass me saying i’m wrong! WORST service i’ve ever had from a nail salon and was...
