Jackie’s Nails & Spa — Attraction in Tucson

This was my 3rd visit to Jackie's and I've never left disappointed. The customer service is near excellent. They were running 25 mins behind on their appointment time, but being on a Sat, that wasn't bad. The salon provides their customers free water, soda, and snacks. The music kept breaking up so you may want to bring ear buds to listen to a constant flow of music. Lucy was my tech and she did a great job on my nails. Only one finger was sore the next day. My full acrylic set started at $50 and shaping was an additional $5. There is no menu of services posted.

Though the nail salon has no control of, the customer etiquette lacks in this area of town. If you're a person where you enjoy pamper and peace, avoid this location on the weekends because some customers bring in their child/children along to wait. At times, it'll be noisy. The other times I have gone were the weekday lunch hour and I saw no children.

I had walked in about 50 mins before closing and I had showed the lady the picture of the nails I wanted with red acrylic powder. I told her I wanted the bright red similar to Ferrari red. She shows me on paper what the acrylic would look like (color wise) and I chose one that was a little darker than the bright one she first showed me. The color comes out MAROON. Ok so I tell her you know what can we paint them Ferrari red anyways I don’t like this color. It’s the same steps if I had just don’t clear acrylic. Mind you since the beginning she was rude and I understand that she has a home to get to, so why not tell me no from the start. Anyways I had already showed the pic I wanted and it was gems on ALL the nails. She only did 2 cause her attitude and her rushing me made me want to walk out. 90$ for...

I’m very disappointed…the last two times I’ve gone i noticed their quality for nail polishes and when putting chrome on the polish chips so soon within the week and that should not be happening for the pricing. I went in for the second time just to give them another chance MISTAKE! it was time to take my nails off and turns out I had A GREENIE NAIL BED meaning i got a fungal bacteria infection which can be caused by leaving a gap between the acrylic layer and my nail bed and them not properly cleaning their materials !
