I came last Saturday. I heard about them on instagram. They stated that there would be up to 60 pounds of produce for a donation of 10$. I came and paid 20$ in hopes for good produce that I could bring home to my family. The entrance volunteers were nice and gave us two bags of pretzels( which I noticed were expired once I got home). As we arrived to receive the produce , food was placed in our trunk along with some other food items they added. I took a quick look at my trunk afterwards and saw that it was very short of the amount they promised. When I came up to one of the servers and asked about it, they were dismissive and unfriendly. I got home and began to put some of the items away and noticed that more than half was expired and already rotting!! Very disappointed with the outcome. I understand this might have been a donation but who wants to pay 20$ for spoiled and expired items? I hope they are more clear and open about what is expected of what they are providing.
If you do plan to come to the Saturday events please check your items thoroughly...
