This place discriminates against colored people!!!! I'm upset that I ordered 3 food items and 4 drinks and also tipped them!! First, one of the girls said hi to me twice and walked away. She only came to acknowledge me and take my order the THIRD time that she saw me standing there. After having our drinks I ordered a smoothie to go and specifically asked them to give it to me in the biggest size that they had. After paying and tipping them i ended up getting a small. When I brought this up to them, the girl first went back to check my order in the iPad and told me that i ordered a small. First of all that was unnecessary and it was clear that a mistake was made but she quickly tried to put the blame on me. Then she proceeded to tell me that they had a few orders in front of me and then they would make my large smoothie last. I don't see what was the reason to put my order last after i had already been there eating with my daughters for about 45 mins and then still placed another order to go. I even tipped on both orders and still was treated that way. I left without my large smoothie and I'm disappointed in the way i was treated and i want my money and tips back because the staff doesn't deserve it. I’ve been coming here for months. I actually love their smoothies and food. However, the customer service today was absolutely shocking. I was double charged accidentally. I brought it to the attention of the employee who took my order, and she refunded my card. However, wanted to charge me again, even though the refund will not go through for several days. I was already charged double what I have been initially meant to be charged, and she wanted to charge me a third time to receive one smoothie. I walked away. Just disgusted. There was only one person ahead of me in line when I ordered and I checked in at 20 and 30 minutes and they kept saying “it’s coming” and it was so awful because they didn’t even apologize or try to explain why they were taking so much time it was unacceptable.
