The gym has potential to be great. It is clean and has a lot to offer but when it comes to kids under 12, its very limited. The only reason why I joined was because my kids could be included but the kids zone is only open for a few hrs in the morning during the week days. Kids can only swim on weekends in a 3 hour window - no exceptions. I work overnight shifts at the hospital and I only work 3 days a week and generally work on the weekends. It would mean a lot if the gym was more flexible for ALL of their Saint Francis workers, not just their day shift people. I used to come there after work when I worked day shift and just relaxed in the heated pool and decompress from work and I was always the only person in that pool at 7:00 p.m... there really isn't a good reason why they couldn't add family swim to the end of each weekday to expand their kid friendly hours. I understand that the Kids Zone hours may not be able to be expanded because of staffing but it would really mean a lot if they could at least have family swim...

The staff were so friendly, and the entire facility was super clean. One of my favorite parts is the pool — they even provide free towels, and the women’s shower room has complete amenities: shampoo, body wash, soap, conditioner, and blow dryers!
Members also have access to lockers, which is really convenient. I also loved the gym area — the machines are easy to use and beginner-friendly with clear instructions.
Whether you’re coming for fitness, healing, or just some quality time with family and friends, this place truly supports your wellness journey.

I went here on weekends during Freshman year of high school to train for the 2012 Bataan Memorial Death March Marathon in White Sands, NM (that's me there in the front row, second from the left in my profile pic) with my AFJROTC unit (but competed alone as a civilian). Been going here ever since to work out as well as for physical therapy.
Good variety of equipment you can use, and no one will be judgy since a lot of times, at least when I go there, there are older people who just want to get fit.
I do wish they would bring back the saunas; I have used them for detoxification and to relax after a workout.
Would recommend.
ETA: I worked out here today and they still have the saunas! For a while, they had the wet sauna and eventually closed both of them down, but now both of them are open for...
