I purchased my fiancé's wedding band at Spexton as I have always been impressed with their designs and their exceptional customer service. An intimate establishment in the heart of Cherry Street in Tulsa, there is always a professional consultant eager to assist you in the process of picking the perfect item for your needs, wants, and desires. As we had already perused men's wedding bands on their website--also thorough and a great tool in picking the perfect item--we went in with a couple of items in mind. Our consultant knew the items we were referring to immediately and exceeded our expectations in the time it took to complete the full process of this purchase. As each ring is created specifically for you, we were aware that it might take some time before it would be ready. We were told 2-3 weeks for the creation. It was done in 5 days. Both times we were there, they eagerly offered to steam clean my engagement ring (also purchased from Spexton and also a 5-star experience and product, but I'll let my fiancé review that purchase!). Each time they did, I fell in love with the ring all over again! I look forward to exchanging our Spexton wedding bands at our ceremony and can't wait to wear both my Spexton rings, afterwards! My fiancé and I both selected artists to handcraft our rings instead of going to a big box retailer where our business is unappreciated. (Our engagement rings came from Zales and Kay and we haven’t stopped having issues with Zales since 2017- I’ll never buy from them again.) We were able to find a local artisan (Spexton) for his wedding ring which I am so very very thankful for. We reached out and visited Spexton multiple times beginning in 2017 (we just now in June of 2019 commissioned and received his ring) so that we could begin saving up and planning. They were just as kind, patient, and helpful with us in the early stages as if we had been ready to hand over money that day. When the day came for us to order his ring (we could have financed but prefer paying for things outright), they completed a small amount of paperwork with us in store and took down contact information so they could let us know when it was ready. They discussed each detail with us and allowed him to customize his ring. They helped him figure out sizing and everything. His ring took about a month from start to finish, which is no problem at all considering our wedding is June 2020. It is gorgeous, well made, and is so special as it was made just for him. They even included a hand written card in the gift bag he picked his ring up in thanking him for his business. They also offer free ON SITE engraving in about 20 minutes time! Wow! Spexton is amazing!!! My husband was left speechless with Spexton customer service. We placed an order on Etsy, which we weren't to sure about, but my husband loved a ring that was on the Spexton site.

We ordered a ring a week before our wedding which we knew made it difficult to receive the ring on time. Nate emailed my husband on the Wednesday before our wedding, he had sent us messages on Etsy but we had used a guest checkout account on Etsy and made a mistake on the email that Nate caught and decided to email my husband directly.

Nate mentioned their policy in the email that my husband missed which stated the ring would take 3-4 weeks to create and shipping time. Nate understood the urgency and said he would attempt to expedite my husbands ring. We received an email that afternoon that they had had enough time to make my husbands ring and had shipped it out for overnight shipping. If that's not mind blowing enough, Nate sent a personalized YouTube link with the quality check on the wedding ring specs!!!! My husband could not stop speaking about his personalized wedding ring video, he's literally told everyone. We received the ring a day before our wedding and my husband absolutely loved his ring!!!
