Updated to 1 star from 5. See bottom for more. I brought my Kraton 6S V5 here after abusing it without maintenance for months and breaking the wing. Then we moved cross country twice, literally. I forgot how to put it back together after so much time had passed since I drove it last. A "box job," if you know what that means. I was immediately greeted and told my story. I gave them my truck, replacement parts and screws in zip locks that I bought online before to upgrade it with like aftermarket A-arms and similar, just in case those things were broken. They took it all in, no questions asked. Just a few days later, I got a call that it was ready. They had not only repaired the tail but inspected everything and even put on the upgrade parts because the stock pieces were affecting steering and acceleration. I did notice four small screws in the aftermarket wing support missing but was able to put them in. Its been a year-ish that my truck has run. I took it out tonight after getting it back and it's driving better than stock. No lie. They made a customer for life out of me and will you, too. And they obviously support they community, which stands out in itself. For reference, and I don't want to mention names but, I dropped my truck off at another local hobby store back in December. There was little communication from them. I had to reach out for updates. Four months later, I went and took my truck back, untouched. Went to KTM a few days later. Fixed in less than a week. And I was contacted. That's customer service. That's getting things done. That's my shop now. Make it yours, too. You will not be disappointed. They take pride in their work, customer service, and community. ****Update to 1 star:**** Took my truck home after being told all was good when I picked it up. I even asked if there was anything I should change or update when I picked it up. Nope, go enjoy. Cool. Over time, I ran it through a few local parks and a new residential area they're building here. Bashed but not insane YT stuff. I spent some time looking at it later and discovered the rear body brace was not connected to the chassis. I have never had a reason or need to disconnect that piece since I never repaired the wing myself. There were obvious wear marks on the chassis where the rear brace was hitting and rubbing, it wasn't just a few days old thing. But also it was not like that before I delivered it to KTM, which never mentioned it either. The marks on the chassis are pretty apparent. Silver scratches VS a black chassis stands out. Remember, when I picked it up from KTM, everything was good from their perspective. Looking at it further, I discovered my CHASSIS WAS NOW Bent! HARD! I took the truck back to KTM and asked about it. He looked at it and using his phone light, told me the body brace screw was sheared off, pretty much putting the blame on me. Didn't feel right inside but I'm not one to make a scene, especially with people around, which his shop always has. Tonight I took the brace piece off and absolutely nothing there. No screw. No sign of ripping or tearing or stress. It's empty. Nothing. Zero evidence of his "sheared screw" claim. I firmly believe he left or forgot that screw in addition to the smaller wing screws and, me believing all was good, just trusted him and went to have fun with it again. I didn't expect to have to examine or double check his work. I don't pull tires off my car to check mechanics after a brake job. I just drive. He did not want to admit any wrong doing. But also to lie to me and say you see a sheared bolt in there when it turns out the hole was completely empty? Seriously? You lied to me on the spot. I knew I should have asked you then to show me more. I regret not making more of scene with your customers around. I'm now having to order a whole new chassis at $200 plus his $131 labor (more than initially said but I was happy to pay because I had my truck back) and doing it myself this time. KTM will never touch my truck again. KTM, Don't lie to your customers to cover your mistakes.

If you're into crawlers this is the place to go, he has a great selection of trucks and parts. Unfortunately he did not have the parts I needed but that's because of horizon hobby not ordering enough parts from China to supply hobby shops in the US plus covid. Pat was nice, everyone had a mask on and masks are still required in his shop 👍. He has a variety of rc's and a nice collection of baseball cards and memorabilia. I bought my RBX10 Ryft from KTM, got a great deal.

My husband wanted a DJI video drone, so I decided to buy one for his birthday.. The trouble is I don't know a thing about them other than I know one when I see one. I stopped at KTM to see if they sold them. They don't, but only because the company, DJI, won't wholesale drones to small stores like Patrick's. That's dumb, but that's corporate America. I'm not interested in going to Best Buy if I can give a local shop the business. He and Zack showed me the results of their personal drones and I knew that was exactly what my husband wanted. Patrick special ordered the desired drone. While doing the transaction, he taught me an awful lot about drones in general and the one I purchased in particular. He told me what to look for in a drone, how to make it work and said when it arrived he'd show my husband how to use it. The shop itself is absolutely packed with all sorts of toys for grownups...RC vehicles like trucks, new and collector baseball cards, and all sorts of things. They have auctions for sports cards (I had no idea)! Patrick is VERY kind, patient with novices like me, and taught me a LOT about drones. He made sure we understood the legal ramifications of flying them. The drone I chose for my husband has all sorts of neato things, like a button that you push to make it return! He showed us every thing about the drone, even how to make sure the propellers are properly installed. Talking with Patrick is like talking with your big brother who wants you to be happy with your purchase. I am, and so is my husband. If you're into toys like RC trucks and such, I HIGHLY recommend KTM. You...

We came by recently wanting to buy our very first rc. We went home and took it out and then came back the next day looking for some weight to add to it. We asked the worker some questions but he was very dry and was unhelpful. We said we needed some weight, we had looked online at weights but we weren’t sure what to do. He pulled some things off the shelf and said I have these. The only bit of knowledge he gave us was to not put to much weight on the tires because it puts stress on the drive train but he didnt tell us what to do instead. It seemed like he did not want to help us. We are completely brand new, he knows that, we talked to him the day prior and he remembered us today. We were a bit put off because our experience the day...
