Went with my family and was treated rudely by some person who didn't even identify himself. I assume he was an employee, or possibly the owner, but after we had trouble with our lane not setting pins right and not scoring or counting our game correctly, I asked for help (a second time).
Some guy comes up and tells us that it's our fault because we're not bowling right. What? I'm 38 years old. I'm no pro, but I know how to bowl.
After I told the unidentified man nevermind, that we had had enough trouble with the lanes and that we would just go home, I went to turn in our shoes and the front desk people told me they were having trouble with all the lanes because of a power outage. The treatment I and my family received is reprehensible.
I have been to Rebelanes on many occasions to bowl with family and friends. The place is not clean, the bathrooms are atrocious, and they do not have enough of an inventory of house balls, so when they are full, you're lucky to find a ball to use. I have overlook all this because they are the only place in town to bowl and because the staff is generally pleasant. Obviously that's no longer the case.
I will never, ever, set foot in Rebelanes again. If I want to bowl I will drive to Corinth or find another place to spend time with my family. Shame on you for treating your customers in such a...
Read moreMy husband and I took our son and his girlfriend bowling on Sunday. It was our first time at ALLIN1. The place looks way better (cleaner and exterior facelift) than it did as Rebel Lanes. It seemed a good bit higher than it used to be (inflation is everywhere, I get it). The rub was the malfunction of the lanes themselves (apparently no money was invested in the maintenance/restoration of this equipment). We moved 10-15 minute in to a different lane because our pins kept knocking over before we could bowl. The new lane was just as bad if not worse but obviously it wasn't worth moving again. The lane got stuck (stopped moving/went dark) several times. We were not able to finish our second game because of the number of times we had to request someone go to the rear of the lanes to reset them. It is not super fun to start your turn with only five pins (not that I can knock any down anyway). Anyway, it was the single worst bowling experience of my life. I still had a great time making the best of it, but it was not a great customer experience. No one offered anything (a free game or small extension of our time etc.), and I didn't ask the two teenage boys behind the counter. You guys really should do better managing your customers' experience. I don't plan to bowl here again, and its close by and there is not a lot to do in Tupelo, so it...
Read moreCompletely disappointed with :Allin1 Adventures Tupelo]. We spent close to $500 for our family to play for 2 hours. We had two lanes. That includes the food, drinks, and lanes. That DOES NOT include the go carts, which we paid additional for. The first hour, they shorted us 30 minutes. The second hour our lane “stopped working”. When one of our guests asked about why they were charged more for go carts, they were told the prices they had down were not correct. One of our guest was charged $68 for 5 minutes for one dual and one kids cart. Seriously?!?! A rip off! Two of our guests tried to purchase go carts at the same time as someone else, but was told they couldn’t sell any more. Then the EMPLOYEES were seen Riding the go carts at the same time?!?! The employees were completely NOT attentive. They were too busy playing their own games of bowling rather than helping their customers. One of the workers kept extended the games for free for their group. I am beyond mad! One of our guests waiting a very long time for the food they ordered. We will definitely NOT be back! And I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. The below photos were taken 20 minutes AFTER our guest were told they could...
