Las Palmas Bar &Grill — Restaurant in Tupelo

Not trying to hate but just writing this review for awareness so it can be better. First the service was bad was brought tea with 2 little pieces of ice in it , which made the tea room temperature had to ask multiple times for sweetener. Took a long time for food to come out when it finally did we had to ask for silverware. Ordered fajitas there were no flour tortillas mostly onions and very little meat the beans was a bean soup of sorts that was ice cold with sausage in it. The rice was ice cold the chips were cold and tasted stale. The salsa was good though. It was about 13 to 14 dollars for that it was not worth 5. So my advice is you want it is , fill the glass with ice especially when you order a beverage that's not cold already, put out fresh chips , if it takes a long time for the main dish to come out do not plate the sides until it's ready.Plus since meat is in the beans it needs to stay hot or refrigerated if it's not being used. Cold meat is gross, cold beans and rice is gross. Also add more meat to the dishes instead of 3 bites ppl spend money that's hard to come by these days to eat at your place...

I am a huge fan of Mexican restaurants and haven't really had a horrible experience at any of the others in the area until now, that is! The food what little we got anyway was cold and not even close to being as good as the other competitors. The staff is rude and act like you're ruining their day by coming in. The place was basically empty, but our food still took forever to get to us. Truth be told, it had probably been sitting waiting on them to bring it to the table, and that would be the reason it was ice cold and not edible. They don't have to worry about having to service me anymore because that is the one and only time I will ever walk through those doors. You guys with the attitudes need to remember if you have no customers coming in.....you have no job so please stop with the dirty looks and bad attitude that makes people feel so unwelcome it's no way to do business. Would you choose to return to a place where they act like you are such a burden and getting on their nerves just by entering the establishment??? But of course they expect a nice tip...

After debating on what to eat, we ended up here and got seated after a short wait. Waitress took a while to get to us. We ordered our drinks and food, never had any chips and salsa brought out like most Mexican restaurants, after a few minutes the waitress came out and let us know they were out of chips, now minutes d you I ordered guacamole and fajita nachos at this point all we had received were our drinks we opted to leave we both had taken a few drinks KS of our flat coke and unsweetened tea, we ended up having to pay 7.50 for the drinks because of this restaurant not being prepared properly. All in all the service was laking in every aspect. We will never go back to this...
