Downtown Tupelo Main Street — Attraction in Tupelo

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tupelo Honey for brunch, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for a great meal.

The food was exceptional—every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The biscuits were a standout, light and flaky with just the right amount of sweetness, and the toast was perfect.

What truly elevated our experience, though, was our waiter, Clay. His attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm made all the difference. He was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations, ensuring we tried some of the best dishes. Clay was attentive without being intrusive, checking in on us just the right amount and making sure our drinks were always full.

I took a friend and her sister there to catch a bus that was supposed to be coming from Memphis. This was the ladies’ first time traveling by bus, and naturally had a lot of questions. The man at the counter was very rude when telling them that the bus had not yet left Memphis and that he did not know when it would be leaving. He offered no solution just that she go sit down in the waiting area until the bus arrived. I feel as if these women were treated so poorly because of the fact that they only spoke limited English. We stayed in Tupelo overnight on our way down from Indiana to Ocean Springs, MS. We found Tupelo to be clean and inviting. We found the Tupelo mural (corner of W Main and Spring st). There were a lot of little guitars along main street. We stopped in at Reeds gift shop to pick up postcards. There were also reported to be some at Tupelo Hardware store, but we did not go in.
