Placed order for well over 300 dollars. Was to pick up at 10 cause had to travel to cater lunch elsewhere. Called and told them I was there . Knocked on each door, called several more times because Alicia could see me and ignored that I was there. Finally after 10 minutes she unlocked door and said they don’t open till ten. Told her I had to travel with my order and asked if it was ready. She asked what order was that like she had no idea. They did not separate the drinks as I asked.
