Took my family here tonight (4/26/2016) a little before 9:30 p.m. CST and got probably the worst service we've ever had from any Sonic location we've visited across the country (including locations in Oregon and California on the West Coast!). We ordered two medium shakes and a small cup of vanilla ice cream for our 1-year-old son, which should have been a quick, simple order. There were only a few cars in the stalls there at the time and we thought we'd be in and out in only 5-7 minutes max. WRONG! Believe it or not, I think they actually forgot about us after we ordered: while we sat there waiting, several other cars that had pulled-in well after we did, got their orders and left after only a few minutes. Meanwhile, we continued to wait. After 20 minutes of this, I finally pressed the call button again and politely asked them where my order was. They did apologize, but gave no explanation for the delay and we still had to wait another 10 minutes after that before our order was actually delivered. Yes, you read that right: it literally took them HALF-AN-HOUR to get our order to us! Not only that, to add insult to injury, our shakes were partially melted and runny when they were finally delivered and they didn't even offer us anything, such as a discount, for having to wait so long! My wife and I both work in the fast food industry and we're familiar with how long it takes to make a milkshake, there's no reason it should have taken as long as it did. Made us wonder if they were having to milk some cows or something. I have no doubt our bosses would have written us up if we took this long with a customer's order at the places we work. The problem seems to be specific to the current night crew; we went to this location another time at night a few weeks ago and had a similar experience (though we weren't kept waiting quite this long!), but wrote it off at the time as a fluke. We've never had any problems with the morning and day crews at this location and have always gotten prompt, courteous service from them. Not even the right sandwich smh very disappointed and wasn't suppose to have tomato on it thank god we looked my son is allergic to tomatoes so I got a a sandwich that had no tomato on it so I did not have to worry about them forgetting to not put a tomato on and they still ended up putting a tomato on a sandwich that was not supposed to have a tomato supposed to be a triple I got a single like nobody was in there and then all of a sudden everybody appeared and way behind with a line behind us very very disappointing Don't think I'll ever go back to this one I think they've gotten enough money on me we got 3 number 2s . Lucky my son looked before he ate. Maybe you need to think about taking breaks at separate times not altogether. I'm sure we are not the only ones disappointed...
Read moreThis place has gone down,very poor customer service. I drove into drive thru and their menu board was not lite up, it was completely dark. I drove up to the window and asked them was they taking orders in drive thru, she said yes. I told her that the menu board isnt lite up and I wanted to see what I was ordering as well as the prices. She said that they was taking orders and Im trying to stull explain about the dark menu. I said forgetvit I will order on the side. Okay I ordered and repeated my order twice and the same young lady that was in drive thru window brought my order out and I was still trying to explain to her about the lighting in drive thru but you can tell she didn't have a care in the world. My order was wrong so I told her to keep it I will go somewhere else. I will NEVER go back to that particular Sonic...
