If I were just taking my kids to jump, or play laser tag, or enjoy the arcade it would be great. I made the mistake of booking a trampoline park party for Wednesday September 22nd. My party was scheduled at 6:15. I picked up a cake and cupcakes because no other food or drink was allowed in (they serve Pepsi products just fyi) my party was supposed to be in the only room that holds 30 people. I walk in the door at 5:45 and go straight to the trampoline park area bc that's where I booked the party. Already prepaid the full amount. The kids running the jump park look very confused when I tell them I paid for a party online but eventually they find it. I'm essentially just left holding bracelets for anyone that shows up until 6:15 @ which point I deliberately ask about my room bc no one has said anything. He tells me to go to the front and there's a girl who only looks a little less confused. Apparently you are just supposed to know to go to the front đ¤ˇââď¸ so as the party is supposed to be started I'm just now setting up the room and the girl has told me I can order more food for the adults if I want. She has mentioned that 3x at least. So when everyone is settled I go to order more food. đ¤Łđ¤Ł just kidding. They only have enough pizza for our kids so unless you want chicken nuggets there was no food and you STILL can't bring in outside food even though they don't have any. A few kids ordered "lemonade " according to the order sheet and it was just nasty pink soda water. I understand that most of this was due to understaffing and supply problems. But the lack of communication, leaving a couple of 16 year old kids in charge of a party that was NOT CHEAP. I couldn't even just go jump in the trampoline park with my kids because I was dealing with one drama or another and it was ridiculous. I had parents getting food from other restaurants and going outside to eat and then come back inside. It was embarrassing to say the least. BUT I will say... my kids are 12 and 13 now. They LOVE the arcade, the jump park, the whole thing. It's clean, and mostly open area. Be careful with smaller jumpers because we actually had a little 4 year old girl get stuck at one point but my husband was able to get her out no harm done. I definitely recommend going here but we will not be doing anything like a party again for a long time. I was SINCERELY disappointed by the...

We spent about $350 on a birthday party reservation and 2 extra pizzas. The "Party Host" did nothing except bring pizza. We were told to fill out the form for sock sizes and they would come get it and bring socks. That didn't happen. Had to take the form back up to them and continue to wait for socks.
A while later the pizza was brought out. (not sure exactly when, because no one told us the pizza was ready, they just set them on the tables in the empty party room) Just pizza, no serving utensils, no plates. So there I go, back to the counter again to ask for plates and napkins. They give me plates and a roll of brown bathroom towels because they are out of napkins.
Then comes time for cake. Still no sign of a party host. Back again to the counter for plates and forks. Didn't bother asking for napkins this time since we already had our bathroom towels.
Fast forward to the party wrapping up. At this point I had no expectation of anyone showing up to offer to-go boxes, so... back again to the counter to ask for 2 pizza boxes. Apparently the napkin shortage wiped out their supply of to-go boxes and pizza boxes, because they were out of those too. Fun. 1 1/2 overpriced pizzas left to waste.
Now, the arcade: 50-60% of the games were broken. On top of that, I couldn't find a single working game that cost less than $1 per credit. Most were $1.25. Understandable for games like The Walking Dead, but $1 to drop one ball and win 8 tickets???
We wanted to play laser tag before we left. You're supposed to buy passes for it at the arcade kiosk machine, so we do. 2 lasertag tickets and 2 VR ride tickets for $24. We go to the laser tag area where it says to wait for attendant. We wait and wait, but no one comes. They have computers with cables and bits sprawled out, so I assume that like half of the arcade games, laser tag is broken too. So, off we go to the VR rides. Same note to "wait for attendant" so we wait, and wait. No one comes. Judging by the fact that one of the VR stations is completely turned off, and the other has the cabinet wide open with multiple fans blowing on it, I assume that they must be broken too.
So, we leave with my wasted $24 in passes still loaded on my card, after spending a total of about $500 between the party cost and game cards...
Read moreMy family and I came yesterday August 10, 2019 and it was not great at all. In places like these there should ALWAYS be a greeter at the door and there should ALWAYS be someone at the front desk to help. Neither of these occurred. We bought 4 cards to play and went straight to the Laser Tag area. Of course there was not one employee posted outside of the doors and we assumed maybe they were in a game so we waited patiently for about 10 minutes. My husband then went to the front desk to ask if there was a game in progress, where there was only one person at the counter, not to mention he had to wait for some time for her to even notice him (which he had to get their attention). She then stated she âthinksâ there is a game in progress and did not bother even going to check. We then went on the floor to play a few games while we waited a while longer. When we went back over to the Laser Tag area still NO employees in sight. We sat for another 5 minutes, give or take, and still nothing. I sent my husband back to the counter where there were two employees standing at the counter doing something on the computer. They were facing him and saw him approach the counter. They did not say anything to my husband this time again and he had to say something to them. He asked again if there was still a game in progress and one of the girls response was âI thinkâ and he says âwell are you going to check?â After he showed some frustration she finally came around the counter to the Laser Tag area and there was NOT a game in progress. When we go in she asked us if we have been there before and my son has but the others had not so she then said do we need to watch the video? Is that not standard procedure anyway, a safety ordeal!! Then we go into the area to play and she exited after she counted to 10, one of the vests DID NOT work and when the game was over we exited the playing area and there was NO ONE in sight at this time. We then used the rest of the money on our cards and left the facility. This is the worst customer service we have EVER had. It looked as though there were only 2 employees there on a Saturday. It was hard to identify who the employees were. This is a horrible place...
