The mattress is great but it’s a rip off paying to have the old mattress removed. They ship from different locations then bring one item on the truck then will only take one item back. So you pay them an extra $100 to remove one mattress when you actually paid to have them both removed.by the site it says (setup and removal of old mattress) When you buy a full set of mattresses you would expect them to take the old set back like you paid for. I learned my lesson from that and will not get ripped off like that again. I may buy from them again but will not pay for the mattress removal that’s a rip off. We had a good experience with helping us pick a mattress. But upon receiving a mattress that was recommended it was not what was expected at all. He knew what we wanted and we got a very firm mattress and it hurt my back so bad. Then we had to wait two weeks for an exchange. Also they did not bring my other set of box springs with my other mattress purchase as promised upon first delivery. I had to drive to the store to pick up a makeshift type base they had in stock! We tried several different stores before we settled on Mattress Firm. Bo was our salesman and we couldn't recommend him any higher. He took his time to explain the differences between the mattresses of which we tried out seven or eight different ones. He answered any questions we had and did not rush us in any way even though he had other customers to come through the door. The mattress we settled on was on back order but if we find that we have any problems with it I have complete confidence that he will take care of any problems we have with it.
