Andrew E. Chu DDS - New Smile Dental — Attraction in Tustin

Andrew E. Chu DDS and his staff have been a blessing to both my husband and I. Dr. Chu helped place veneers for my two front teeth. Throughout the process, he was pleasant to work with and extremely gentle on my teeth. He did an excellent job and he’s got a wonderful personality to boot. Thank you for taking the time to answer all my questions about the procedure beforehand. This helped me feel more comfortable with the procedure. I am over the moon about the results. My husband came in for a teeth cleaning and was blown away by the attention to detail that was catered during the process. Dr. Chu really took his time to ensure the best quality and we are both extremely grateful. Last but not least, the staff at the office fostered a really friendly and comfortable environment. Dr. Chu is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He is kind, gentle with my teeth, and will explain what he’s doing and why he’s doing it. I’ve been going to his office on and off for the past several years (due to changes in insurance) for routine cleanings, but have had four crowns (yes 4) put in this year alone and am pleased with the results.

I’ve taken my kids (currently 4 and 6 yrs old) to several dentists and have had difficult experiences with them where both my kids would leave in tears. Dr. Chu and his staff know how to make kids feel safe and comfortable and now my kids enjoy going to the dentist (who knew that was possible!?!?)

I have been seeing Dr. Andrew Chu for over 2 years now. My husband put me on his dental insurance and a lot of people from his office go to Dr. Chu. He did not disappoint. I go every 6 mo ths for my cleaning, which I have to say i look forward too. Not painful at all and my teeth feelso clean.

I have had a gew crowns. It was as comfortable as getting crowns put on could be. But honestly he is so amazing at making you feel comfortable and safe. The staff is also amazing. Very friendly accommodating and flexible. They make you feel like part of their family.
