Reign Day Spa — Attraction in Twin Falls

I have had a terrible experience with Reign Day Salon! I booked my wedding makeup with the owner, Amanda. We agreed that she would come to my house the morning of my wedding. Later on, because she double booked she told me that I would have to come in to her salon instead. Then she told me that she had a social event that evening so she wouldn’t be able to do touchups. I felt like she didn’t treat me like a priority even though I booked the appointment far in advance. Today she canceled on me. My hair stylist, Hailee, didn't show up for our Sunday appointment that was booked three weeks in advance. She said she forgot about it. I would never reccomend going to this extremely unprofessional salon. I’ve only been here a few times but the owner has been very snobby and does not make you feel welcome. I personally know 4 people who have worked for this establishment and been fired without notice. If standards could be changed, I think this could be a great salon, but I won’t personally support this company again until this changes and they treat employees...
