Local? Traveling? In a rush? A student looking for a place to study? Or a busy parents with some small free time and want to just sit and relax in an inviting atmosphere? Java is the place to go and they have the brews and the bites to complete it. Coffee for everyone from the best drip coffee to a bowl of soul which will warm your soul and give you that caffeine fix you need. The kids will go crazy for the kids hot chocolate or even a Carmel apple chaider which is cooled to perfection for the little ones. Excellent loose leaf tea for the tea connoisseur as well.

The food is excellent and shouldn't be over looked. Their fresh baked goodies, some of the best cookies in town and a great breakfast and lunch menu will be sure to please any palate. Small bites and big appetites will be at home here. The macho burrito hits the spot stuffed to perfection or a high protein turkey scramble to kick start your glorious day. Lunch time you can't miss their tuna melt which is an absolute favorite.

Topped with its top notch crew, this is the place to go. Don't miss out no matter what you're doing. And they have the parking so come join.

Pictured is the Todd's competitive Edge and the always excellent Thai Coffee. The dish is what all other yogurt parfaits...

We stayed overnight in Twin Falls on a long cross-country road trip. Everywhere we stay on long trips, we try to find a local spot to get coffee in the morning.

Java struck us as an awesome place to relax with friends in the morning and enjoy a breakfast.

We saw many groups doing just that. Smiles all around.

Great coffee, friendly people, good service. Would definitely come back here.

However, I do have to make a note that the staff does not wear masks. There is a review floating around somewhere about a sign on their door raging about how masks don’t work, but I definitely have to make a note about how that review stretches the truth quite a bit.

The truth: There IS a sign on the door that says employees don’t wear masks. It’s not ragey at all and doesn’t say a word about masks not working. It’s actually quite polite. It says that they get a lot of phone orders and it’s a hassle for their employees to pull down their mask when they answer the phone.

Important note: It ALSO says that they will gladly put a mask on to prepare your coffee or food if you ask them to.

My experience in Idaho suggests you’ll run into people without masks almost everywhere you go anyway. Not saying it’s right, just saying don’t...

Heading out from Pocatillo to Boise with the kids and we decided that we are going to stop in Twin Falls and get something to eat. I wanted coffee, so we looked up coffee shops with food. It was about 3:15 pm on a Sunday when we arrived. We found Java and it was open until 6. Awesome! I called and verified the hours, which were accurate on yelp! We walked in, looked at the menu, gathered our order. We were then told that the kitchen closed at 3. The kitchen did what?!? Okay... how about a peanut butter and jelly sandwich (on the menu). "No, sorry".

I have no choice but to rate it one star as they closed the kitchen three hours before the rest of the store, and with a dead building you can't make a kid a PB&J? Disappointing... We went to Emma's...

5 stars all around! My wife had visited here previously but this was my first time going in. I ordered a large white chocolate mocha and a breakfast crossaint. The service was attentive, professional, and patient. My coffee was hot (but not too hot) and flavorful. My breakfast crossaint was hot as well. The eggs were cooked to PERFECTION and combined with the saltiness of the crispy bacon and the flaky, buttery flavor of the crossaint resulted in a truly wonderful experience. It did not feel heavy or greasy. It was a light, airy, flavorful way to start off my day. Thank you to all involved at this establishment.

If you're in the mood for an attitude and canned beans, Java Blue Lakes might fit the bill. The atmosphere is clean and vibrant, which is a positive aspect. However, my experience was marred by the demeanor of the Hispanic lady taking orders, who didn't seem to be in the best mood. I ordered the huevos rancheros, but I was disappointed to find they consisted of canned beans paired with scrambled eggs. As someone of Mexican descent, I felt that this dish was misrepresented and offensive. Overall, I won't be returning.
