This review is written in complete sadness and i hope it saves someone else from making the same mistake. I took in an Oregon sunstone that my husband and i dug on our anniversary, then had faceted into a usable gem. I was wanting a 25th anniversary ring. Upon meeting Mr. Boyer, I found him to be very sweet and felt really excited about the process. He and I agreed on the design and price. I left feeling very confident that I had chosen the right person. Two months later I stopped by to see how it was going, which was what he told me to do. He said that he had not had a chance to get to it yet and to check back in a few weeks. I gave him another month and again went in. He had managed to put it into a blank wax ring. No design yet. We again went over what I wanted and he took my ring size. He said he would get right on the design and have it there for my approval within the next couple of weeks. When I went back, nothing. Several times I stopped and they weren't even open. At the beginning of December I once again went in. Nothing had been done. I asked him then how much more time he would need. He said he would have it done at the beginning of January and acted thankful that I didn't want it for Christmas. I gave him until the END of January but when I stopped they were closed. My husband went in the next day to ask how things were going. He said he would be ready the next week. I went in two weeks later. He had done NOTHING. After seven months he had done absolutely nothing. Very politely, told him I would like my sunstone returned. I was heartbroken. He gave it to me very casually. He never apologized, he acted like didn't...
