Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Twin Falls

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I've never had issues ordering before, I have ordered through them at least once a month for the past 10 years. I ordered for delivery tonight and went outside before the pizza was supposed to be delivered, I waited 20 minutes over when it was supposed to be delivered outside in the cold and then I called, was told that the driver had the pizza and to call back in about 10 minutes if it still hasn't been delivered. I stayed outside the entire time and called again because it had not been delivered. When I called I told them what was going on and they told me that the driver had tried to deliver it multiple times but that no one answered the door. I had literally been outside on my steps from before it was supposed to be delivered until I made the second phone call. And was met with " well I'm going to believe my driver on this" I had literally waited outside the entire time from before my pizza was supposed to be delivered until a half hour after. No one came to my door, no one parked anywhere on the street near where I live and I'm met with that? I literally waited outside for over a half hour with an active security system going. I usually don't take the time to write a review, but this warrants the time. My 15 year old son placed a delivery order for this location. We use this location often and always get the $7 medium pizzas with 1 topping. He ordered a 1 topping pizza and a small drink to be delivered. When the delivery guy got there, my son was charged $22. He tells me when I get home about the price and also they didn't give him a receipt. So I called to talk to the manager about the situation and why he was changed so much for the same pizza we always get for $7. His response was, you have to ask for that deal otherwise it's $16. I clarified it was the same exact pizza as the usual $7, of which he said it was. My 15 year old didn't know to "ask" for this deal, as I doubt most people would. But if you have a choice as a Pizza Hut worker to charge someone $7 for a medium pizza or $16 for the EXACT SAME PIZZA, why wouldn't you give people the deal. Oh I know, maybe to take advantage of people. I explained to the manager that my son was 15 and it was his own money, and was basically told too bad there's nothing he can do. I dont usually share my crappy experience but I really cant believe this. Went in to have dinner with the family, and order a pizza, cheese sticks and a salad (cause I'm on a diet). Went up to get my salad and there wasn't any plates. I then asked the waitress for a plate and she told me I had wait because they didnt have any clean plates, I was okay, that's fine..so she brings my a plate a little later and I go up to get a salad and most of the containers where empty. So I go ask if they can fill it up, and waited to get a salad. 15 minutes or so pass and she comes up to me and says she cant fill the salad bar because her manger said no. WhAT??? Who says that? So we sit there for another 45 minutes waiting for the pizza. I was half tempted to walk out. we get out pizza and leave. The service sucks so bad, please don't waste your time. Even the manager sucks! This makes me sad because when i was little my parents ordered pizza hut every single friday.. and it was good, with good customer service. Why cant it still be like that ?
