I brought a group of 14 junior high GT kids here for a field trip. We had a blast. We had an adult each with 3 different groups, and one group of 14 year olds by themselves. They ended up with the hardest room of course, but they got lots of hints and were able to finally escape. They still had a great time! Thomas who I believe is the general manager for this location ended up being there alone because a coworker was sick. He helped our entire group get set up and was there to answer all questions. He did this with a positive attitude and didn't seem stressed at all. We did the Code, Antidote, Lost City, and Budapest Express. They were all really fun. My group was able to make it out of the Antidote in about 35-40 minutes with no hints so he was right in saying that it is a little easier. (Although I was working with some smart kids!) The other rooms got varying levels of hints and all escaped. Every group had a great time, and several kids said they planned to come back this summer to try another room! They had great communication through email before we ever arrived, and that was wonderfully helpful. Thanks...
Read moreHad a appointment at 4:20 and we got in the room at 4 clock and the clock had already started and we had 55 minutes left no video or background tutorial half of the mechanisms wouldn’t work, we would solve a puzzle and the door that was suppose to open didn’t and the game master waited 5 minutes to tell us to knock on it because it breaks sometimes and we never got any time back and then we were on the last step and all we needed was 30 seconds because we were in the middle of reading the numbers to get out the room and she comes in knowing we are about to beat the room to tell us we ran out of time and didn’t beat it even though she said she’d give us extra 5 minutes because we were scheduled at 4:20 and didn’t start until 4 with 5 minutes off but she never gave us our 5 minutes for there mistake, horrible experience, cool set up but customer service and was awful and about every cabinet or door that was suppose to open ended up having to knock on them because they...
Read moreDrove 2 hours away just to come to this escape room, not only did my wife and I do 1 room we did two rooms back to back, which was Antidote and The code. For two rooms/two ppl the cost was around $140 +tax which is no problem. Being that this is like our 50th escape room, to me personally the code seemed to be all over the place, the story line didn't flow, we did alot of running back and forth from room to room. In the antidote the staff member and I misunderstood each other when using the Intercom, when she was speaking it was not clear, she answered a question that i had, I clarified the answer, she said yes, finding out after 5 minutes later we misunderstood each other, that cost me time. We did have a great night just a few things I think could be better.
Update: My wife booked everything under her email. I will send you a email with all of her...
