I came in with my mom and 2 sons, 9 & 10 yrs old. My kids enjoyed the food. My younger one especially loved the Power Bowl. (Harissa grain blend, hummus, roasted sweet potatoes, sweet corn & tomato, roasted broccoli, cucumber salad, pickled red onions, yogurt harissa.) My older boy liked the meatballs. Me & mom liked the Mediterranean Piada. (Italian-style street wrap with harissa grain blend, arugula, hummus, cucumber salad, pickled red onions, bruschetta tomatoes, feta, basil aioli) We didn't wait long for our food but the atmosphere is loud and you might have to make several trips to the center for napkins, forks, refill. First time here and look forward to next time.

#covidtimesreview The good: clean and spacious, and plenty of seating. They have a set menu (see pictures) but it’s a good bar full of choices, you just choose the protein and the sides. They have flavored tea (peach limón) was right on point. The food felt fresh, and very tasty. You can add different toppings and add ons. Parking is free and share with the other restaurants. Service is fast, and they are all wearing mask and gloves. Bathrooms are sparkling clean. The not so good: they only got a big table the rest are for max 4 people, so if you have a big group you might need to seat separate. Chairs are really heavy - that’s all I got!

The food isn't that good, and it's a little pricey for mediocre food (at best). Everything was too salty, I couldn't hardly handle the taste. And the flatbread was hard. It just didn't taste very good at all. And $18 for an entree and side is a little expensive. If the food was good, then I wouldn't mind paying it. But for mediocre food, no. I came here like two years ago, and loved it. Now, I don't know what happened. I work at a hotel around the corner, and I've been recommending this place. Not anymore. It's just not very good food, doesn't taste right, and too pricey for mediocre food (at best).

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Piada, and let me tell you, it was an experience like no other! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warmest smiles and the most inviting atmosphere. But what truly made my visit unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by a remarkable young worker.

This tall, dark haired teen was an absolute gem! His enthusiasm and dedication were evident in every interaction. He went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfection. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and his recommendations were spot-on.

Not only was he incredibly efficient, but his positive energy was infectious. He made sure that every customer felt valued and appreciated. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their job and the people they serve, but this young man exemplified that in every way.

The food at Piada was out of this world – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. But it was the outstanding service from this exceptional worker that truly elevated my visit. I can’t wait to return and enjoy another meal, knowing that I’ll be taken care of by such a dedicated and outstanding team member.

Bravo, Piada! And a huge shoutout to the incredible worker Jeff who made my day. You’ve earned a loyal...

I ordered a curbside order last Saturday 5/11/24 way ahead of pick up time. Pick up time was supposed to be 2:30pm, got there by 2:25, food came out 2:45, checked my orders, it was missing one which is the most important one at that time as I was craving to have them. Went in the store to let them know which was at 2:50pm. Head Chef apologized and said they will get to it. 3:10pm went back in, Head Chef asked the people at the back and he was told they haven’t even started on it! People do curbside for a reason. I did curbside and set a time for pick up because i was running on schedule. The Chef apologized but did not seemed like it. I just ended up asking for a refund because I did not have time to wait, he said he will just refund it together with 1 of my other orders. Today 5/14/24, the whole bill has been charged on my card with no sign of refund. I would have put 1 star but because I enjoy their food so much I still gave a 2. Shame that their service has...

This is the first review I’ve ever given to a business, and it’s only because these 5 stars are so greatly deserved. I’ve been eating here for consistently over a year now and every time I walk in I’m greeted by the warmest, friendliest smiles. The service is unmatched, and it all starts with manager of this store, Luis. Seriously the best guy. A couple weeks ago my girl ordered online and I went to pick it up for her. Of course I didn’t check the bag first, and of course this would be the one time out of 1,000 the order was wrong. Disappointed, I called up there to see if they could just comp what they’d forgotten, but the Piada team took it a step further and refunded the entire cost of the meal (something they absolutely did not have to do.) This is the type of business you feel good about spending your money at, and overall there’s not a better bang for your buck as far as quality food goes in Tyler. Check them out, you won’t be...
