We've gone twice now! Customer service experience was great both times, cookies came out hot & fresh! 2nd time, they ran out of the white icing for the dulce de Leche cookie & when I asked for a little bit more to finish out the spiral, the other girl told her it was fine to give it back to me because they didn't have another icing bag. The cookie was so good with both of the icing on it, so the part w/o it wasn't as good. I love that tgey change out their available cookies all the time so you never know what's available til you get there or look online! The pricing is incredible for the quality and size they are Here! It's a fun experience to share with my daughter & we look forward to our trips here! Here was our thoughts on each one!

Strawberries & cream- absolutely fabulous with warm whipped cream & liquid real strawberries on top. Tasted like an incredible strawberry shortcake! (My daughters favorite of all)

Peach cobbler-tasted better than any cobbler I've ever tasted! Real peaches, cinnamon cookie, cinnamon icing, it was amazing! (My favorite by far)

Cake batter-this one had like cookie dough crumbles on top, it was a fun fetti batter cookie with super rich icing!

Chocolate cake-tasted like a vintage cocoa cake your grandma would make with chocolate icing from the cookie company! Very good but super rich!

Mango frosty-this one surprised me because it didn't have much mango flavor, but the cookie was good.

Dulce de Leche-this one was amazing, it was like a snicker doodle cookie with cinnamon and cream icing.

Vanilla cupcake-taste just like a vanilla cupcake, icing was super rich.

The service at this store is extremely unprofessional!!! My recent experience has me absolutely disgusted. We placed a larger ($280) order early in the week for teacher appreciation. It was scheduled for an 11am pickup. We called the day prior to pickup to confirm the order and pickup time. It was never disclosed to us that they were unable to accommodate our order. Upon arrival today our pickup individual was able to visibly see the order on the screen however it was not ready. The excuse for it not being ready “nobody told us.” I placed a phone call to the store where the young lady whom answered the phone didn’t give me her name so I was aware who I was speaking with. When I asked her she said “uuuuummmmmm Abby” which made me think it was a made up name. I asked uuuuummmmm Abby for a manager and after several minutes an individual took my call once again I had to ask for his name. The manager Kalied was not helpful at all. He informed me that they were busy and didn’t start boxing the order until we arrived. I asked why that information was not disclosed to us during our confirmation call to which he had no answer. First, the young man at the register acted as if we were an inconvenience. My husband and I placed our order and waited to receive our cookies. I ordered one cornbread cookie and five peanut butter cookies. There was no question at the register about our order. When the box of cookies was presented to us, it contained 1 cornbread and five peanut butter and jelly cookies. I told the young man that this was not what we ordered. He mumbled something and stood there waiting for us to accept the order which we did. Never at anytime did we say anything about wanting jelly on our cookies. We only wanted peanut butter cookies. 3 1/2 peanut butter and jelly cookies were thrown in the garbage because we did not like them. Our son ate 1 and my husband and I tried to split a 2nd cookie. We were shocked by the employee's attitude and no attempt being made or offered to correct the mistake. We are not confrontational people; we expect an offer to be made to correct mistakes.
