Would like to write this review and say thank you on behalf of my dear friend who is 84 years old. On August 28, 2025 she brought her great grandson visiting from Florida to see the Bass Pro Shop in Tyler Tx. When they were preparing to leave, she paid for the items she purchased and then could not find her keys. There were 2 gentlemen who came to her assistance Jullian, and Dustin whom she was so grateful for. They took the time to help retrace her steps throughout the store and look for her keys. These 2 employees gave her comfort in continuing their search, even looking in her car with no luck. Hannelore called her son to go to her home, and bring her another set of keys, which was at least an hour before she could get keys to drive home to Chandler where she lives. The 2 employees continued to reassure her that they would continue to search all while making sure that she was ok. Offering her water or whatever to help ease her mind in finding the keys. After a period of time, at least an hour and a half, one of the gentlemen came and told her that they had found her keys. When she checked out her keys had fallen behind the bag rack at the check out. She would like to say thank you to Bass Pro in Tyler for hiring such caring people and was so grateful to them for their continued response to her need. And asked if you could please thank...
Read moreNice store. Some employees are friendly. The ones trying to sign you up for the credit cards or the vacation trips are so aggressive. You say no and they will not leave you alone, even if you've walked away. Not enough popular merchandise available "in-store" like yeti caminos or yeti accessories. I ordered stuff and had it shipped to the store and I had to go in-person to ask about my packages that were delivered a week prior. I waited for a pick-up email and also called the store and nobody could "find" my packages. I showed up in person and showed the man my texted that my packages were delivered and I wasn't leaving without them. After 45mins, he found them and told me nobody had scanned them into the system. As soon as he scanned everything, I started getting alerts to pick up then i got alerts my stuff was picked up. So I do believe he was telling the truth. I'm not sure if I'll online shop here again. Safer to go to Academy where they have tons of Yeti merchandise available in-store. Bass Pro definitely needs to do better with...
Read moreBeware of Bass Pro not honoring the 3 day default rule buying a firearm. I purchased a shotgun on a Saturday evening and I came up as a delay for a hold. My husband purchased the same shotgun and immediately got a proceed however bass pro held his because we are married. The following Friday 6 days later we went to pickup our guns and bass pro would not release either of our guns and said it can take up to 28 days? I canceled my purchase and demanded a refund and they still would not release my husband's gun because we are in the same household. They are not the FBI yet they act like it. Shame on you bass pro for trampling all over our 2nd Amendment rights. We will never buy anything from bass pro again. So disrespectful. My husband then demanded a...
