HORRIBLE to be hollered at that we told her the wrong order! Nope you didnt listen! We specifically have notes of the exact order of how we order our drinks so we wont forget. Practice we have had for years and never ever had a problem at any other location. But after seeing the other reviews of this location we certainly will choose differently - make better choices. Its winter and all drinks were supposed to be hot except for one for the newbie that always orders a frappe. And then FOR YOU TO HOLLER THAT WE TOLD YOU WRONG when we asked you to fix it. And the frappe was wrong you didnt listen to the order on that one but we said that's ok we can deal with the change. But when the next frappe was handed and it was supposed to be HOT no we gotta fix this. So if you cant listen dont take order . If it's your headset get new equipment. After 15 minutes, I asked the barista ( The Tall skinny White Guy he works the front counter ) when is my coffee ready? without even looking at me he answered” we have too many mobile orders” I told him I am here, I am not on my way here, serve those that are here. He repeated like a programmed machine “We have to many mobile order” so I asked him to look if my order is still on his list he said yes. I waited another 6 minutes and asked the cashier to refund my money. She went to him and asked if my order was on the list, he said he don’t know. Read moreI’ve never posted a negative review, but this place earned it- I’ve had the same experience here too many times not to warn other people. I sat in the drive-thru for 25 minutes, (not an exaggeration), and when I got my drink, it was missing the espresso shots. The drink looked like straight almond milk with flavor shots. So I had to park and bring the drink back into the store to get it re-made. There was plenty of time to pay attention and get the order made correctly while I sat for nearly half an hour in line. There were also a dozen workers behind the bar when I walked in, so there was no excuse of being understaffed. I don’t live in the area but have come here a few times while visiting and have had this kind of experience almost every time.
