Called yesterday (tyler location) at 6 pm to do a phone order so it would be ready when I got there in 10 minutes and the girl said "we're not taking phone orders today". I said ok, well I'll be there in 10 minutes then and she said "ok". Well 10 minutes pass and we pull up and I send my boyfriend inside to order. The two girls ignored him standing there pretending to clean. Finally one turns around and goes "the juicer is broken" and the other girl rolls her eyes. If the juicer is broken why didnt they tell me that when I called and said I'd be there in 10 minutes? Why are they not taking phone orders just on that day? Why did it look like they were trying to close up 40 minutes early and being annoyed when a customer walks in? I'm just so over these teenagers. Used to like this place. Never again. If your equipment is broken and you're closing early then they should have just said that instead of wasting my time...

I notice after ordering everyone was waiting, so I sat down in no hurry and waited also. After what seem to be 15-20 minutes, I noticed everyone that had been waiting received their order and even people that arrived after me had gotten their order and left. I sat for a little longer and after seeing a girl receive her ordered that just walked in I decided to just go ask for a refund. The girl thought I had gotten my order and maybe didn’t like it. Read moreShowed up at 7:30 AM, and they were still closed with the door locked. The sign on the door says 7, but no one showed up til after 8. We had a question about the refer a friend free bowl, and when we asked the staff they said “I don’t know anything about the app, the managers don’t tell us anything about the app”. They didn’t even attempt to help us, it’s super frustrating. I know the staff is young, but they should still be somewhat trained on how to use the app, instead of just saying they’re not trained. I would lose my job if I said that to a customer .
I’m giving 3 stars solely because the bowl was good, but I’m frustrated with the store opening late, and the staff being unknowledgeable.
