Hi I donāt recommend this place to anyone..Safer side Spanish people can go bcoz they are really friendly with those kinds of people..owner is the one who is speaking English..I did balayage in my hair..they took entirely 5 hr to complete just the balayage.. I went there at 12:10 and came out at 5:00. When I book my appointment they didnāt mention about the approximate completion time..but we never thought it took this much time.. she applied some conditioner to my hair and I waited for her to wash for atleast 20 mins.. she said itās a treatment but another lady said itās a kind of conditioner..then I said ok but my neck hurted a lot.. I was trying to talk with my hairdresser she is kind of ignoring me and if I call her she said( wait wait.. ) thatās it.. I donāt know what they doing.. better they should explain me what the hell they doing to my hair..after she came she is so rough on my hair like she is rubbing my hairs like a clothes.. finally it tangled a lot and when she is combing my hair I thought Iām going to be bald.. she literally pulled a bunch of hairs..omg I couldnāt even think.. then another lady came and applied toner she is so gentle on my hair..so I asked her to wash and blow dry my hair..after that I didnāt see her.. again my hair dresser came to wash my hair, I said sorry to say you are little rough on my hairs so better I want that lady to wash my hair please there is no more hairs to lose.. then she smiled and said she is busy in bathroom I said itās ok Iāll wait she insisted like Iāll wash donāt worry. This time she did better and while combing also she applied some detangling spray and combed my hair.. finally the owner and this lady did a blow dry..somehow they finished at 5 my hair is thin long hair only I donāt think it took this much time my entire day wasted. I couldnāt enjoy that self care time I feel like a harassment (rough on hair /not responding properly/not aware of what they doing/waiting waiting waiting/lost a lot of hairs) finally I felt really happy when I came out.. my toughest...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have never felt compelled to leave a review until now, but after todayās experience, I believe itās necessary. I just left the salon after receiving a haircut and blowout, and I am incredibly disappointed with the outcome. While I am not typically confrontational, I cannot let this go unspoken.
As a physician, I specifically requested a low-maintenance style to accommodate my demanding schedule. I asked for long layers and subtle face-framing pieces, with a clear emphasis on maintaining length, as I regularly wear my hair in a bun for work. I communicated this very clearly at the start of the appointment.
Unfortunately, the result was nothing close to what I asked for. My hair is now significantly shorter, with far more aggressive layering than I ever agreed toāwell beyond what I explicitly requested. To make matters worse, only at the time of payment was I informed that the stylist had performed a ābutterfly haircut,ā a style I neither requested nor approved. I was then told this would cost more.
Let me be clear: I have no issue paying for the service I requested. However, I did not receive the service I asked for. What I experienced instead was a disregard for my input and a lack of professional communication about the cut being performed or its associated cost.
This experience left me frustrated and upset. It is unacceptable to make such significant changes to a clientās hair without clear, ongoing consultationāespecially after specific instructions were given. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no client should leave a salon feeling unheard and misled.
Just to reply to owner message: I donāt mind the price, but if it was the haircut I asked for. I had only asked for face framing layers and to keep my length as much possible. Not a butterfly haircut and not to have my hair shorten. He decided to do whatever he wanted. That is why I was genuinely upset. So please address that with the stylist. Thank you for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy sister was recommended to go this salon to get her hair done and make up for her wedding day. Itās was unfortunate to experience this. Here is her statement :
āThis was for my bridal makeup, and I was extremely disappointed. The artist didnāt even take the time to ask about my preferences before starting, which is essential for such an important occasion. He was expected to know how to work with different types of eyelids, like hooded eyelids, but failed to apply techniques that would flatter my eyes. Instead of drawing the eyeliner upward to enhance my look, he drew it downward, making my eyes look worse.
When he tried to āfixā it, he drew the eyeliner down even more. He also didnāt have timeāor didnāt botherāto fix the eyeshadow. The shadow had obvious, unblended layers of color, instead of being blended smoothly throughout, making it look amateurish. To make matters worse, he appeared upset and annoyed during the process, which made me feel uncomfortable on my wedding day. Overall, this was an unprofessional and disappointing experience that I would never recommend to another bride.ā
I was there and was definitely an awful experience . My sister was sad that her make up was not how she expected it and she knows how to do make up, but because she also didnāt want to complain, she left sad. I picked her up from the salon and I saw the job he did, and we came back right away. If you pay for a bridal job, you are entitled to get it done professionally and leave from that place satisfied. A bad experience that included the attitude of this make up artist ( a white man who has a rose tattoo on his neck), the lack of empathy /care, and poor professionalism are terrible. You would expect for someone to charge for a bridal make up to know what they are doing but I guess now anyone can pretend play to be make up artist. So disappointing ,myself and other friends wonāt ever come back to this place. This was...
