Blimpie of Union, a close walk to the Union Train Station, is one of numerous Blimpies that can be found inside as part of a convenience store. As such, what you can't get as part of Blimpies, you can get from the other side of the store. The service here is cheerful and friendly, and being slightly pressed for time, took a Blimpies Best (Ham, Salami, Cappacuolo, and Provolone) for the ride home. While the sub was good, it was decidedly unsubstantial. The sandwich consisted a paltry two slices of each meat and cheese. That's practically nothing. I love blimpies, but had never been to this location before. I went to get a sandwich, but upon entering I realized that it didn't look like a place I wanted to order a sandwich from, so I walked out.... I was craving Blimpie for a few days so I had to get here. I arrived and they were just setting everything up because they just opened. I wanted the breaded chicken but they had none so I had to get the grilled. The service was cool with no issues and of course the sandwich was affordable.
