I always order from Johnny Napkins and I love their food. Today I experienced an unacceptable act, I placed the order through the phone and one of the items was a tomato bisque. I asked for two breads and i noticed that the person who took my order understood me wrong. I asked for one soup and two breads( since last time they ran out of it and I did not get it) she heard that I wanted two soups, I always have a feeling that they are always rushing into taking the order and hang up the phone. That was an example of one of the consequences when people rush and to pay attention and I repeat my orders 3 times. I understand restaurants can be busy but if you can’t give the time to your customers place their order to avoid mistakes you definitely giving a bad customer service. Once I got there she realized that she made that mistake and had to remove it one of the soups out the bag, that’s when I saw it right on the white corner table in front of me she picked up the breads with her bare hands right after receiving my payment. 1 she didn’t wash her hands, 2 she touched the food with her BARE HANDS, I was so shocked with what I saw that I was just over it and decide to take my order and don’t say anything, ended up throwing the breads away. This is a basic regulation that anybody should know that you don’t touch peoples food with your bare hands. You putting in risk people’s lives, we didn’t learn anything with Covid? Now I’m wondering if the employees do that in front of the customers what are they doing behind the curtains?! I’m not sure how I feel about ordering again from them. They are my favorite Italian place in the area it makes me very frustrated and sad to see something like that happening these days. I’ve been working in this industry for over 14 years and there was one thing that we always made sure to coach employees properly to never touch peoples food with their bare hands, always to use gloves and always wash your hands before dealing with food. Not happy about this, you guys definitely need to coach your employees better or you will end up with a lawsuit and putting someone’s...

Read moreI love this place! Food is amazing! I cannot let my family and friends leaving without trying this place out. I'm from NY so finding a pizza spot that can satisfy my NY tastes buds can be a challenge. My favorite pizza is the "Margherita"... it's one of their specialty pizzas but I refuse to get the regular pizza when this is an option. My second favorite dish is the "Penne alla Vodka". This dish is just what we order when it's been a long day and there's no time to make dinner. My kids love it, husbands never complains. They offer sandwiches, some sweet treats, but most importantly, they offer meal packages should you have to feed a bigger party. I do believe they cater (not sure the details of that as it's not a service I've used). My friend has ordered meals for both special events and holidays and states she's never had an issue. The only downside to this place: there's no coffee! I usually like to have my caffeine fix after a hearty meal. Unfortunately this place doesn't offer warm drinks, just your typical fridge beverages. This still doesn't deter me from eating here, food is...
