so i chose this place because i saw all the good reviews and was extremely excited to go to them until quickly realized i was misled. To begin with i left my computer there for several days until the day i was told they would have it fixed... The day arrived and they never called to give me an update or anything, instead i had to call them. When i called asking if i could pick it up the guy who answered the phone told me he would call me back in 5 mins and never did. I then called again right before closing time and they told me that the tech that was working on my computer (who wasn't at the shop for the rest of the day) said that there was no fix that i could pick it up ! What upset me was that the day i dropped it off i let it be known that i needed that laptop ASAP for work so you would think they would make it a priority to communicate with me & let me know as soon as either they fixed the issue or came to the realization that they could not fix it. Had i not called them prior to them closing then another day maybe two would have went by without me getting any work done without it being necessary. Not only did another shop get my laptop fixed within a couple of hours after Interblue told me my issue had no fix but the lack of communication Interblue demonstrated was disappointing.

100% recommendation from me!! I find this place on Google as I was searching for a PC repair store to get my IPad fix, it hasn't turned ON for like a few days. Purchasing a used laptop was in my mind for a couple months and I have a budget in mind on how much I wanted to pay for it, but my main purpose was to get the iPad fix. When I entered the store an Apple notebook laptop caught my eyes, I asked Juan about it, he asked me what will I be using it for. He was very nice to upload anything I wanted and take his time explain each steps, he is very knowledgeable and friendly. I end up purchase the laptop and leave Juan my IPad to fix. I was very happy with my purchase, my daughters were very happy when I show it to them. This place is a great place to go buy or fix any PC problem you have. I will definitely go back to purchase another laptop. Juan is an intellectual and very helpful. He even told me if I think of anything else I need in the laptop just come back and he'll download it for me. I would recommend this store 100% to anyone and Juan is an AWESOME person....see you soon....

I have a 2 years old Lenovo Thinkpad which doesn't start. I sent to Lenovo, Lenovo said have to change motherboard, and will charge me $475+tax if I want to fix it.

Considering my budget, I sent my laptop here for a try. George helped us. After a quick but careful check of the computer, he found out the problem is not motherboard, but simply SD card reader, and fixed it in a minute. Now my laptop comes back to live. Thank God I came here!
