I go to this location on a regular basis with my children, Iâve never had a problem until today which makes me not want to go back. Jasmine was very rude, poor customer service, terrible attitude, and sarcasm. The young man who took my order was very nice and polite. Our order consists of light ice..my drink had regular ice which made my drink colder than usual, I walk back into the store and she looks like at me like if I have 6 heads and rudely asked â whatâs the problemâ first of all is not what you say itâs how you say it. Second of all I was going to speak to the young man who took my order not her .. I then say to her my drink is too cold I usually ask for light ice, again she responds to me with an attitude saying â this is light iceâ while staring at me with her mouth open like I have 5 heads.. she then saids â Sooo you want me to warm it upâ like excuse me??Why the sarcasm.. I asked how ? And she saids â we have a steamer â once again with an attitude.. at this point I had to ask âWhy the attitude ? I paid for this..â she then goes ahead and warms up my drink bringing it back all watery. Iâm the one who had to ask can you just remake it ? She remakes the drink with no ice at all this time and sends another young lady to give me the drink. I didnât enjoy it at all. This is the lowest poor customer service ever from this young lady Jasmine. The rest of the staff are always friendly. Learn from them. Donât work with people if youâre going to have this terrible attitude towards customers Jasmine. Learn from Starbucks where they donât ask âwhatâs the problemâ with a nasty attitude, they just remake the drink with no questions asked. Like I said itâs not what you say itâs how you say...
Read moreThe boba is great but you have a real nasty employee that needs to be checked. I never leave bad reviews but your employee was the most unprofessional worker I have encountered in my life. Management should review staff asap. Super unfriendly, caught an attitude, and was looking at all of us and speaking to us like we were inhumane. Seems like this is a repetitive complaint with this location. Donât ask me for a tip when youâre rude - simple. You should tip me for dealing with your attitude.
To go into further detail, as Iâve seen management call reviews out for being fake - Iâm here to share more. We just left the store at about 4:30 pm on 4/15/23. The worker we are referring to has short hair and glasses. I asked a question regarding the reward program and the employee told me âyou canât make your own boba hereâ in the nastiest attitude. How does asking to sign up for a reward program translate to I want to make boba?! Next, this individual gives us the total after we all finished ordering. Since they gave us the total, youâd figure itâs time to pay. For a few minutes we were trying to use our credit card and apple pay but nothing happened. We let them know it wasnât working and they said â well thatâs because I didnât do anything yetâ. Why the hell would you tell us the price and watch us try to swipe cards and sit in silence? Once again, was said in a nasty attitude and they looked at us like we had 5 heads. Get it together if you work with people. If you canât handle...
Read moreToo many times that I can count, I have gone to this Gong cha location and they do not have regular black tea brewed and ready. I am typically told there would be a 10 to 15 wait for the tea to brew, in which I usually decide for an alternate tea. To be quite honest though, the wait time I sometimes encounter while they make the drinks is nearly enough for the tea to be brewed, despite the store having 1 or 2 other customers inside at most. To my happy surprise, I was told that they did indeed have black tea brewed during my last visit, for which I was finally able to order one of my favorite beverages, a Lychee Black Tea. The cashier then proceeded to look at her IPad for a good 15 to 30 seconds, before looking me back in the eye and replying that she could not do that, and instead told me that I could have a Lychee Green tea or a Lychee Oolong. I, having definitely ordered this drink before, was stunned. I proceeded to confirm this with the cashier once more, asking her that if I could simply swap out the type of tea, to which she replied I cannot without much sympathy or explanation as to why. Not being the confrontational type, I shut my mouth, and resigned myself to order something else. Low and behold however, I step away from the counter and read the menu, which has the Lychee flavoring with the teas it can be made with, Black tea being one of them. Please educate your employees more about the menu, and encourage them to have more amicable attitudes for a better...
