Urban Glo is truly a gem! My absolute favorite product is the Turmeric & Rosehip Body Oil — it’s luxurious, nourishing, and smells divine. The moisture and scent last all day and night, and as an added bonus, the oil has wonderful medicinal benefits that leave my skin feeling healthy and radiant.

The owner, Salimah, goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. She was so gracious to personally deliver my order since I live nearby — such a thoughtful touch!

I also had the pleasure of working with Salimah when I hosted a candle-making class through Urban Glo earlier this year, and she was absolutely phenomenal. From sending me weekly RSVP updates to helping decorate the venue the day of the event, she was personable, professional, and completely on top of every detail.

The class itself was so much fun , offered multiple scent options and candle designs, and incredibly easy to organize thanks to her expertise. Salimah is not only a talented maker but also a fantastic event planner — she makes hosting seamless, stress-free, and enjoyable. The event turned out beautifully — professional, engaging and a total hit with all participants.

I could not recommend this experience more. We were extremely lucky as a party of 3 people to have the entire store and Salimah (a sweetheart btw) to ourselves. I ended up getting all of us extra candles to make, she helped us by giving scent suggestions when we just COULDN'T decide. (I mean, what does she expect when there are SOO MANY OPTIONS) The most important thing is when I contacted about the party, and asked for accommodations due to an allergy, she went through the EXTENSIVE catalogue of scent oils to ensure there would be no allergic reactions. Her email responses were quick and informative while planning (which I was doing for months) and she even sent a final confirmation email to confirm as the event came up. She had a karaoke machine for us to bluetooth connect to, partied with us, and even got a game out. No words can describe how thankful I am for her and how incredible she made the experience. If you’re planning a bachelorette for anyone that doesn’t enjoy trips to NYC or bars, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO TO!!!! I wish I could give more...
